“Great little find!”

After reading previous reviews about room sizes we were tempted to pay for a bigger room however we are so pleased we didnt, granted the small double isnt the biggest room ive ever seem but its fine for a 2 night break. The room was decorated to a good standard, modern in style and very pleasant all round. The best thing about this hotel is its location, literally next to the high street with lots of pubs, shops and restaurants and a 5 minute walk to Hyde park and central line tube station (queensway). It was a really great hotel for a weeked stay and we would definately stay again!

My room was single so it was very small but extremely clean, with everything you would need,such as a safe, refrigerator,hairdryer,shampoo,conditioner.Coffee and tea ,the service,and the people were excellent.I will definitely come back to this hotel.The price was good, the area around it safe and also a good location.

The hotel is central located,close to tube and buses, clean, secure, comfortable, reasonble priced. I was reading in the web about this hotel, and I was aware what to expect, I choused it and I am not desappointed at all.

It was a nice hotel, the rooms are very small but very clean and comfortable, if you go during high season this is a good option but try to get a good deal since we stayed another night at a better (by better i mean star rate) hotel for a better price but there is nothing wrong with this hotel. Nice location too.

“great hotel”

this hotel is a lovely townhouse on a quite green square in bayswater, which is a really cool area. the decor of the hotel is simple, its in very good condition and upon my arrival, my room and ensuite were very clean. i found the location convenient, it is just behind a high street with supermarkets, two tube stations and even a shopping centre. on the second day of my stay, my room was not serviced which was annoying but rectified by the next day. all the staff i encountered for four days were polite, and almost all were helpful with the exception of one receptionist. for value, the hotel cannot be beaten. usually at these prices you have to compromise somewhere along the line, for example, in regards to location or hotel condition. this is not the case at this hotel so i would certainly recommend it to everyone.

“Superior Tourist Class hotel”

The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel's location excellent and neighborhood was fine. My room was very comfortable. Only one complaint, the walls are thin and if your neighbor is loud, you will hear him--at least in my room. But, I will stay there again gladly.

lovely hotel we stayed in a family room for four in the basement it was extrememly good value for money, very modern and clean. A little noisey upstairs due the location of our room however it was half term week. Good location for the tube and buses to all routes, friendly staff. Would deffinately stay again.

“Great Hotel, good location”

The hotel was comfortable, clean and well maintained and the staff were really helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect for getting around and sight-seeing -there was an underground station just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again.
