“Overpriced for what it is. Lives on its name I think!”
First time staying at this hotel. Loved its location and the reception area was impressive. There was spme confusion at check in as we did not both have the same surname. Surprised in this day and age! Loved the hotel lifts very swift and classy. Our room was on the small side yet it was supposed to be a queen suite. During the night the toilet broke. Be carfeful as well with the mini bar. I moved a bottle to fit something in there of my own and was charged the next day as there seems to be some sensor that registers if things are moved. No problem though when I explained the situation at check out.
“This hotel makes business travel a pleasure!”
I have just recently stayed at the hotel for my first experience of hotel life on Park Lane, a decision made due to location and the need for me to attend a corporate event nearby. Excellent room service, room size and great gym in a superb location. The clincher to the experience was you can actually open a window to allow fresh air in to the room, so no early morning sore throat or overly warm room. I will be back.
“Hilton on the Park”
Excellent stay
“Great hotel at a great location”
Excellent location and the accommodations were superb!
“Excellent”
Exceeded every expectation.
“I felt like I owned the property”
The service at this property was beyond description, from check in to the 5 a.m check out, everyone treated me like I signed their paycheck.
“Hilton Park Lane”
I selected a non-smoking room and yet I suspect the previous clients were smokers. The room is marketed as an executive room and yet quite small in size. The Hotel Lobby looks unattractive.
“Leisure in London”
I felt right at home during my first visit to London. My weekend stay was quite comfortable, particularly by American standards. It's a great location in the middle of many historic sites and fun activities (Marble Arch, Hyde Park, Wellington Arch, Oxford Street shopping, hop-on/hop-off bus stop). I had a warm welcome from the helpful front desk staff, the concierge had great information and I enjoyed a couple of great meals at one of the restaurants. My room was a great size and well equipped --- newly renovated. I would definitely consider staying at the London Park Lane Hilton againn
“Great Hotel in a Great City”
This is a 5 Star Hotel that should not be overlooked.
“Hilton Park Lane”
This is definitely a business hotel. As a tourist I would recommend something in SOHO or close to BOND street. First time to see a CO-ED Sauna - bathing suit required -. Excellent service from staff. Beware of beggars and prostitutes around the hotel.
