“Very Convenient”

Hotel was great location especially for public transportation.

“Convenient Hotel just off Fulham Broadway tube, near Chelsea Football Club”

The Hotel was very pleasant, with friendly staff and the room was basic but satisfactory. There was a fan in the room which was very handy as the weather was very warm during our trip. There was tea/coffee facilities in the room as well and the restaurant in the hotel, although they closed at 11 (with last orders at 10.00 normally) were able to cook a late meal for my partner who didn't arrive at the hotel til 10.40! due to his train running late) so we were very pleased with the service received.

“OK but overpriced.”

On arrival I was given the wrong room. After much arguing between the staff I eventually got sorted. For the price I paid for the room I expected more and thought it was a bit shabby round the edges. The bed was uncomfortable and the TV didnt work properly. The room was extremely hot and the fan which was provided sounded like a wind turbine! For all the bad points though, the location does make up for it a bit. Right next to Stamford Bridge, Chelsea's football ground and few minutes from Fulham tube station. Fulham Road is full of life, lots of pubs, clubs and restaurants. For the location alone I would recommend the hotel but not really worth the money.

“Very impressed!”

The rooms were very nice. We actually stayed on two different occasions and both were great experiences. The hotel is very close to transportation, shops, restaurants, and pubs. The entire staff was very friendly, helpful, and willing to do whatever it took to make our stay a great experience. We will stay again the next time we travel to London. We strongly recommend this hotel.

“Location, location, location”

La Reserve was a comfortable hotel, extremely well priced given its location - 5 minutes' walk from Fulham Broadway Underground station. My room was clean, comfortable, quite recently done up, and there was an efficient shower in the bathroom with plenty of hot water. Complimentary fruit, as well as coffee making materials, were a nice gesture. The room was too hot; but the windows opened (on the first floor) and the radiator could be switched off so that was easily rectified. Continental breakfast was a reasonable choice of cereals, bread, yogurt and fruit. Dinner was very ordinary - though not expensive; I was too tired to go out but you would do better that way - there are plenty of restaurants locally. The staff were friendly and helpful. My word of caution concerns parking. This is a rare commodity in London; the parking area is in front of the hotel, and is small and cramped. My car was the last to get in at 1900hrs. You have to leave your keys at the desk so that the staff can juggle vehicles round to get them in and out. My car was fine; but some might not like this.

“Comfortable and Affordable”

Great location close to tube station. Comfortable room. Nothing fancy; just what you need. Complimentary breakfast was tasty and convenient. Helpful staff. (Don't waste your money on wi-fi though.)

“Nice hotel near central London”

Really good value for central London and pleasant staff. Room was clean and well furnished, with a bowl of fresh fruit on arrival. Would recommend it and will certainly go back. Plenty of good restarants nearby and tube station only 200yds away.

Das Hotel liegt in direkter Nähe der U-Bahn Station Fulham Broadway. Von dort ist es ungefähr eine halbe Stunde bis ins direkte Zentrum (Tower Bridge, Westminster Abbey usw.). Die Zimmer sind mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet, jedoch sehr stark verwohnt. Es wäre dringend ein Anstrich nötig und auch die Möbel haben schon einige Jahre auf dem Buckel. Leider war das Zimmer nicht sauber und auch das Bad weißt einige größere Schimmelflecken auf. Der Kühlschrank war ebenfalls voll mit Schimmelflecken. Die Zudecken waren sehr vermodert und alt,ebenfalls der Teppich. Wir haben uns in unserem Zimmer nicht wohl gefühlt. Der Service war okay, die Handtücher wurden jeden Tag getauscht. Das Frühstück enthält nur das Nötigste (Croissants, Hamburgerbrötchen, Käse, Marmelade, Obst und Müsli) wobei die Qualität nicht die Beste ist (tw. waren die Sachen nicht geniessbar bzw. alt!!!). Und auch hier ist leider wieder das Problem der Sauberkeit, dass Geschirr beim Frühstück mussten wir des Öfteren tauschen oder zurückgeben. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, die Zimmer sind ruhig, obwohl die Hauptstraße direkt daneben liegt. Wir würden das Hotel jedoch nicht weiterempfehlen !!!
