“Jury's Islington Review”

Staff at the desk very helpful and the room very comfortable.THe hotel is close to Angel tube staion and there are plenty of good places to eat.The Banana tree is good for indochinese fusion food. we have stayed here before and I cannot Say anyhting negative about it. Will use it again.

“'fantastic find'”

So glad I found this hotel, very stylish great location near Euston and very reasonably priced. Islington is a new area for me to check out as didn't have enough time this visit. Loved the market & cafes I stumbled across. I would like more storage if I was to stay longer than three nights & a fridge in the room.

“Great Value”

Didn't expect much as it was very cheap and we just needed a bed before catching the Eurostar in the morning. But the reception area was impressive, the rooms were fine, and we ate in the bar, very nice food. Staff all helpful. Only bad point is distance from Kings Cross/St Pancras. Many reviews say easily walkable from the station, but don't try it with a suitcase - it is uphill all the way!

“Perfect for Business Travel”

Jury's Inn seemed like a British version of the American Holiday Inn. The place was very clean and well serviced but had British quirks such as small (but nicely appointed) elevators and slightly outdated bathrooms (compared to new U.S. hotels). The breakfast buffet was very good and was 9 pounds, probably a decent price for London and is a good price for business travel anywhere. The neighborhood has tons of shops and restaurants that won't break your budget and it seemed pretty safe for walking around at night. The hotel is a 5 min. taxi ride from the Eurostar terminal at Saint Pancras station, and it's only a block away from the nearest Underground station.

“Will stay here again”

Excellent hotel really impressed with the overall quality and the room was great. Within easy walking distance of King Cross/St Pancreas and Angel tube stations and has a bus stop across the street.

Very nice hotel. We had a room on the 5th floor with great views over london. Nice and clean.Lovely breakfast buffet style a good cooked hot breakfast. Would use again.

“Just what I needed”

Overall our stay at the Jurys Inn Islington was excellent. The hotel is pleasant. I was pleased with the room size and furnishings because I have stayed in a number of European hotels, and am used to very small rooms. The only flaw in the room was the shower. The shower door was difficult to open and close and the water control was difficult to operate. The staff were friendly and helpful, although one of the staff gave us horrible directions to a theater. The breakfast buffet was included in the room rate and quite generous. I also enjoyed the restaurant for dinner. The location is very convenient to both the Angel and the Kings Cross/St. Pancras underground stations. I considered the hotel to be a good deal.

“We made the right choice”

Jury's Islington was wonderful. Our room was good sized, clean and ready when we arrived at 9 AM! The neighborhood was exactly what we were looking for - plenty to do in the evening within walking distance and also very convenient to buses and the underground. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and accomodating.

“Convenient”

Hotel is convenient to underground (Angel), has nice restaurants, and rooms are typical. Air condition is a little loud, but that's the only issue.
