There is a sauna and steam room, and a choice of massage and spa treatments are available. The hotel also has a hair salon on site, as well as a florist, jewelery shop and news kiosk. For meetings and events, facilities include a ballroom with capacity for over 600 guests, 3 flexible function rooms, a conservatory, and a boardroom. The hotel provides complimentary wired and wireless Internet access in public areas. Parking options on site include valet and garage parking at a surcharge. The Rib Room Bar & Restaurant - Highlights seasonal British cuisine specializing in roast rib of beef. Guests can choose from over 500 wines and champagnes presented on an interactive iPad. The bar offers a selection of cocktails, premium gins, bespoke bitters, and light meals. Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Private dining available.

Club Room - Located on the ninth floor with panoramic views over Knightsbridge. Offers a light healthy buffet for lunch and an à la carte international menu for dinner.

Chinoiserie - Lounge offering light meals and beverages throughout the day. Afternoon tea is accompanied by a harpist. Live piano music in the evening.

Gilt Cocktail Lounge - Decorated in shades of cream, gold, and black. Features a cocktail list with monthly specials; a selection of Bellinis; and a list of 10 champagnes, including Louis Roederer Cristal.

An indoor pool is located on the second floor. Guests enjoy access to tennis courts in private gardens at Cadogan Square.
