Good value hotel, good location, slow check in

Hotel was good value for money, really close to the airport. The parking was only 7 punds overnight. The bed was OK but recently stayed in the arora down the road for not much more and a better standard of hotel. I would recommend this hotel if you are on a budget, accomodation is reasonable. The check in was unbelievably slow and inefficient though

stay away

First there were three elevators, then one, then none. No one seemed to be doing anything about it. The dinner buffet was overpriced and crowded. The pub might have been a plus, but it is right next to reception where a very loud phone rang constantly, sometimes more than twenty rings before anyone bothered to answer it. The staff is ill-trained and has no concept of service. This is the second worst hotel I have experienced.

Maximize: The staff will (if you can get there attention) tell you about free transportation to the airport a block away. In the same direction are good, quiet places to have an actual dinner.
