Good location

Perfectly acceptable conditions at an ok price. London is expensive so you don't get much for your money.

Nice, efficient hotel, great food

Posted 04-Oct-2014
The hotel is clean, modern, and nice. Rooms aren't big but well designed. The food at the restaurant was excellent and the wait staff highly accommodating.

Excellent at what it does

Posted 01-Oct-2014
Brilliantly situated for those travelling via Euston this hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are basic as one would expect in London for this price but all the essentials are there. The breakfast is very good and the bar surprisingly good.

Just ok Hotel across road Euston Station

Posted 28-Sep-2014
Pros: location to train station
Cons: rooms
Reception and foyer has been done up and is nice. Rooms very small and basic, could do with upgrade. Good location to Euston Rd Train Station across the road and short distance to St Pancras (eurostar) and Kings Cross Stations which is why we stayed there, but soon realised the distance between Bloomsbury (Holborn) Station is a short train stop away and is nicer with lots restaurants etc. Hardly anything around the Ibis for eating, just handful of Indian Restaurants and what is in the Train Station. Didn t eat there so can t comment on breakfast etc.

Over priced and tatty rooms

Posted 21-Sep-2014
Lobby is nice, reception nice and good friendly check in. Rooms are tatty. One thin towel per person, hard beds, tiny rooms, over starched sheets. Sink blocked. And £119 per room and that was cheap. Can't recommend

Clean hotel close to Euston Station

Posted 19-Sep-2014
We found this hotel a great base for our three days in London and good value for the price. It was close to Euston Station which was handy for us to get around all of the London sites. A couple of things that would make it better - air conditioning that works better and some tissues and a mini fridge. I'm not sure if it's a Europe thing, but so far on our trip...3 out of 4 hotels have not had a mini fridge. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly.

good position but some staff not good

Posted 11-Sep-2014
Pros: The position
Cons: reception staff, have communication issues
the reception staff need more training and need to realize that most people can be put off the by their experience in the first 30 seconds but the other staff good

Nice hotel close to transport

Posted 27-Aug-2014
Pros: Convenient location. Great shower!
Cons: Room are a bit small
Location: Very close to London underground.
Stayed at the IBIS and it was a no frills hotel but most definitely was a pleasant hotel. Very reasonably priced, quiet and served its purpose.
