“Hotel at Terminal 5”

“Excellent option for London travellers”

The closeness of the Tube and the heathrow Express make this a good option for travellers to London who don't necessarily want to stay in over-priced central hotels. It was very easy to get into London from here and the fact of being linked to Terminal 5 and accessible to Terminals 1 and 3 by Express was a bonus for those with luggage. Very clean, up to date rooms, Sofitel comfort, only gripe is the price of internet connections: many places offer free Wifi and I felt they should have as well. Would stay here again.

“LHR T5 Best Hotel”

Very convenient if you are arriving/connecting at T5. 40min to central London if using the underground (station inside T5). very quit rooms, and excellent amenities.

“Wonderful service, great room, loved the bath tub and L'Occitane shower gel”

This hotel is simply superb. Wonderful happy welcome, super-clean modern spacious quiet rooms, top-notch air conditioning, and really good bathrooms too. And that's just a regular room - I don't know what the upscale rooms are like. Thank you for a really pleasant stay - I hope to be back soon. Suggestion: free wifi would be very nice (please?)

“Will stay here again!”

Very nice large modern room since the hotel opened in 2008. Just a 100 yard walk to to the Tube; then just 40 minutes to Central London.

“It's a Sofitel!”

The best option to rest in the airport. Ever! Walking distance to Britsh Airways check-in area. Extremelly silent and comfortable. Brand new Hotel. Kind and helpfull front desk people. Higly recommended.

“Best Airport Hotel!”

I have stayed at this hotel four times - always during overnight layovers in the Heathrow airport. It can be a little challenging to find the actual hotel in terminal 5. The hotel itself is new, modern and beautiful. I have eaten in all of the restaurants and they are all great. The hotel is extremely clean and it is great for business travelers because they have wireless internet and every type of modern convenience you can think of - including an electrical outlet for electronics from the United States. In my opinion the price is very good for the quality. It is a short walk from the hotel to an Underground Terminal, or you can take a speed train downtown called the Heathrow Express.
