Cons: Phone service
Location: Central location walking distance to most point of interest
Nice hotel in good location clean with friendly front desk staff. On first day it took 4 phone calls and a walk to the front desk to have the phone connected even with a credit card on file, 2nd day phone was blocked again.Wash cloth was missing every day. Breakfest bar is excellent .Overall hotel is ok.

Good Value!!

Posted 07-Jul-2014
Pros: I like the area where the hotel was easy to get to food and the tube.
Cons: The staff could be more attentive to the maintenance needs of the guest when told there is a problem.
Location: The location was near many places to have a drink and there were some nice little cafes and resturants.
We are Americans and stay at Holiday Inns at home and the experience was just about the same as at home. Good Value and nice clean rooms. How ever when I told staff our bathroom sink was not draining we did not see anyone come to address the issue. Made for tough shaving and washing of the face. Over all was a good room and we enjoyed our stay in London.

My partner has special request that hotel accommodation is just what we needed. The TV remote control was not working they replace it very quickly.

Not a 4 star by a long stretch

Posted 17-Jun-2014
Pros: Near subway station, convenience store and attractions
Cons: Staff could be more courteous, the russian receptionist at night might need more training on how to deal with customers
Location: Regent Park
Good enough to sleep comfortably at night, breakfast is adequate, expensive internet charge

Hotel with very, very small room....

Posted 03-Jun-2014
Pros: Close the train station.
Cons: Rooms need updating badly. Bathroom fixtures, HVAC and furniture are in poor shape.
Location: Good access to trains.
Room was really small, no free WiFi and the HVAC was malfunctioning. Thank goodness we only booked one night. The website is misleading.
