“Would certainly return to this hoatel and area”

Arranging both flight and subsequent hotel together made this trip a lot easier for us. Everything went smoothly and therefore we had a most enjoyable time in London knowing we could depend on our return trip being as smooth as the rest of this break had been. We have used Expedia before and will certainly use them for any trips in the future they are so dependable.

“Good VFM”

Good value hotel in excellent location. Have stayed in more expensive hotels in London that were very disappointing. Staff v helpful. Decor average, but clean, comfortable and quiet.

“Central location”

The hotel was great. Very close to attractions that we wanted to visit. Room was clean, clean towels every day and bathroom. For Europes standards for an ordinary room it was very convinienty in means of space.

“Overpriced, old-fashioned, bad service”

At reception the room preference I booked was fully booked, so instead of a double non-smoking room I was given a twin smoking one. Reception staff were unfriendly and robotic. I requested an ironing board and iron on arrival, which took almost an hour to arrive, with no apology. Despite a Do Not Disturb sign I was woken THREE times by housekeeping before the check out time. Would no reccomend, the decor is old fashioned, except for reception. The rooms are stuck in the 70s and overall very unimpressed.

“Central but rooms not great.”

The hotel is very central with local underground stations and within walking distance of oxford street and west end as well as the zoo and Regents Park it self. Lobby was clean and impressive. The Bar must have closed early every night we were there because every time we got home it was closed. Bit of a let down. The room was very small and although clean it was a let not a four star room. Enjoyed my stay. Good value for money.
