Convenient for meetings, dining and shopping

Posted 30-Mar-2015
Pros: I liked the room, the staff and the great location.
Cons: Not much to improve upon as far as my needs go.
Location: Already done in my experience description
The hotel is located on Berkeley Street just off Piccadilly, about 3 blocks from Piccadilly Circus. I had meetings both in Mayfair and adjacent parts of London (City) and this hotel is very conveniently located. The Green Park tube station is around the corner from the hotel, the Piccadilly Line runs straight from Heathrow airport to this station (also served by the Victoria and Jubilee lines). It is an easy walk to both Regent and Oxford Streets and some of the best shopping in London. The Royal Academy of Arts with interesting exhibits is but two blocks away as is the Geological Society. The hotel staff were very courteous, helpful and fun to chat with about nearby places to eat (lots of good pubs within a block or two). I was asked one morning about the condition of my room - if it was clean enough and if I needed anything - nice that someone asks and actually wants to know. I like a continental breakfast and the restaurant was open early and had what I wanted - fresh baked croissants, coffee, yogurt and fresh fruit. I heartily recommend this hotel for both business people and tourists.

Nothing bad to say

Posted 25-Mar-2015
Pros: The fact that there was a second double bed for our daughter instead of a pull out crib.
Cons: Nothing really, for us. All our needs were met.
Location: Location, we feel, is fairly central to all attractions. The Bus Tour's stop is literally round the corner and the buses are regular.
Rooms were clean, modern and functional. Staff were welcoming and helpful, the breakfast and bar staff extremely so. Our only dining experience was breakfast. There was a varied choice, cereal, fruit, croissants, cooked meats, pancakes and of course, a cooked breakfast which was hot where necessary, tasty and replaced immediately when whatever item was depleted. Previously we have stayed at the Holiday Inn in Bloomsbury and although the experience was exactly the same as here, we feel the locale of this one is more central to all attractions.

It was our first time in London and everything was great! From the location to the room to the staff. We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay!

Idéalement placé !

Posted 23-Mar-2015

Perfect hotel in an excellent neighborhood

Posted 22-Mar-2015
Pros: The location and staff. Location was perfect. Short walk to Trafalgar Square and great shopping along the way. The staff was terrific and helpful.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind. Really a great stay.
Location: Again, very close to everything and the shopping was excellent. Near Hemleys if you have kids (great toy store) and shopping was like Beverly Hills,
The hotel is perfectly located near everything. To giove you an idea, half a block away is the Ritz. This hotel was perfectly clean and well updated. We had a family of four and this was the only hotel offering two full sized beds. We weren't expecting much as it was our only choice, but having stayed there, it will be my hotel of choice no matter how many people our in our party.

Pros: Good Value for money. All staff very friendly.
Location: Buckingham Palace few minutes wall across green Park. Fantastic location.
We had to go to London stay over night as we had to be at the America Embassy for 9-30am. This Hotel is a few minutes walk away from it. The hotel staff were really friendly, the Hotel is very central, our room was first class. The breakfast, was for a hotel was well worth it's money excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and we will return next time we go to London.
