“Lovely hotel”

The hotel is being extended so half so it's on a building site but surprisingly it didn't affect the open section. A bit annoying the way the room key card would expire daily so we would have to keep going to reception to have it reset. Great breakfast buffet and it was an excellent stay all in all.

“Great stay for a decent price!”

This hotel was great! The showers are excellent also, they double as a steam shower! The only draw back is that you must pay for wifi! This should never happen, but if you are willing to pay 10 pounds per day you can have unlimited wifi. (I talked to the front desk and was actually able to get it for free! A simple 'please' and 'thank you' go a long way!) Other than that I have no complaints. Everything was clean and new.

“Nice hotel near Heathrow”

The hotel is nice. The rooms are spacious. The staff was very helpful. The signs on the elevators are mislabeled. We were in room 140. One group of elevators says it goes to rooms 101 - 139. Another goes from about 146, so 140 is left out, but it is there. There is no hotel shuttle bus that is free as in the US. The Nationa Express bus cost 4.50 pounds.

Large room, Clean and large shower area.Had hot water pot for tea,coffee etc. Also had electric plugs for all countries.

“Heathrow hotel”

Very convient to Heathrow Airport with good shuttle service. Very clean and modern. Two good restaurants. Friendly and efficient staff.

“Nice place close to Heathrow”

Very nice hotel and very good restaurant. The only downside is the expensive shuttle bus needed to get to and from it. $7.60 each way for a short ride to Heathrow. Probably common to all of the hotels in that area.

“Great hotel - convenient for Heathrow Airport”

I only stayed one night in Holiday Express Terminal 5 Heathrow, but along with my daughter and friend, we were all very satisfied

“Just a small comment”

Only one thing to comment on is the fact i was told there are two restaurants and the one with the more comprehensive menu was not told to me otherwise i would have settled for the meagre menu in the bar. But i found the other after looking around so no problem, apart from that superb
