Not good at all
They claim rooms are the same size but they are not. We stayed in two rooms (delux) with exactly the same rate but there was a huge difference in the size of the rooms and bathrooms. The hotel is crowded and noisy also and pretty expensive in comparison of the services they offer.
Neighbourhood recommendations: Knightspridge is in the middle of the action; restaurants, museums and shops.
Very nice and comfortable but attention to maintenance lacking
We did a one nighter to celebrate a 40th birthday and had a King Hilton De-Luxe room. The bath tap was very loose, the window opening mechanism had rusted and come away and to use the shower attachment in the bath we had to call for assistance to pull the part of the tap assembly that had corroded. The prices in the hotel are just stupid - £3.50 for a Snickers from the minibar and 75p per minute to make a phone call to a landline, £4 per min to a mobile. Does anyone pay these? Nice but I've stayed in nicer, better maintained 4 star hotels!
