    “Great LHR airport hotel”

    Very Pleasant short stay between flights. All staff members were extremely accomadating and polite. I am allergic to down and feathers. Housekeeping came to change bedding immediately! Many hotels I wait hours for them to change bedding. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Would definitely stay here again if in transit.

    “Handy for Heathrow 4 &5”

    Well situated hotel; very quiet. Could walk via covered walk way to T. 4. Complimentary buffet breakfast was excellent and free shuttle bus between T5 & Hilton was good. On arrival at T5, bus was there and driver was most helpful with luggage, but from Hilton to T5 driver sat in his seat and watched my elderly husband struggle with the suitcases.!!

    “Terrific breakfast!”

    The main reason for staying here is convenience to Heathrow. Supposedly located in Terminal 4, but there is a long walk down a seemingly endless enclosed tunnel. Fortunately, there is a free shuttle bus if you plan to go to Terminal 5 the next morning. The breakfast (included) is one of the best you'll find at any hotel -- hash browns, many kinds of pasteries, smoked salmon, omelets made to order, and much more. The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. After staying in a budget hotel in London where the shower didn't work very well, it was a pleasure to be at this Hilton.

    “wonderful convenience”

    The convenience to Heathrow was superb with the connecting pedestrian tunnel which leads from the terminal directly to the hotel. The hotel was wonderful in every respect. Dinner is a bit pricey but superb in every way. Most enjoyable 2 day stay at the Hilton London Heathrow. Would most definitely recommend it.

    Don't be afraid to travel to London. It's easy to get around if you're in good health. The central part of the city is easily accessible from anywhere via the tube.

    “Desperately in need of a serious clean up & makeover”

    We stayed at this hotel as we were catching a flight from terminal 5 in the morning. The hotel feels like you're in a prison. The rooms are tiny. If you look up at the ceiling, you can actually SEE the dust and dirt all over the place. The bed is hard as a rock and not comfortable. The shower had mold everywhere, the towels were old and crusty and the AC kept blowing on us all night. Overall, not a comfortable experience for the price paid. Will not return to this hotel in the future.

    “London visit”

    We enjoyed our overnight stay at this hotel. It would be nice if they could provide free internet for overnight guests since their charges were very high. Good food in the eating areas and clean comfortable beds

    “Excellent Airport Location”

    The hotel is conveniently located for easy access to Heathrow's several terminals and to London's Underground system (about 40 minutes to Picadilly Circus Underground Station). Room was very clean and exceptionally quiet, despite it's airport location, and hotel staff, especially that at the concierge desk, were most pleasant and helpful to deal with. Staff at the front desk were quick to reassign us to another room when we found that the A/C system in the room we were originally assigned was not functioning.

    “Very good airport hotel at LHR”

    Chose it because of its close proximity to Terminal 4, easy walking distance, or if one has a lot of luggage, they provide an electic shuttle to the terminal. Very new and sparkling, got a decent meal quite late in the evening (about 10.30 pm). Room well sound-proofed. Excellent buffet breakfast next morning.

    “Quiet night's sleep”

    I was impressed that this hotel, connected by a walkway to the airport had absolutely no aircraft or flight noise in my guest room. Impressively quiet, and a well kept hotel.

    “Absurd Additional Charges”

    This was a well-located hotel for travelers and the architecture of the central foyer was impressive, but given the price of the room I expected minor items (e.g. internet access, though there are other examples) to be included, when in fact the charge for brief internet access struck me as exorbitant. Presumably the hotel is catering for people who don't care about the size of the expense bill they run up, but I left the hotel feeling that their philosophy was to squeeze every last pound, euro, or dollar out of their guests.
