My daughter was running the London Marathon so it was nice for her to soak in the bath afterwards. The room was a good size and it had a fridge which was useful.
Fantastic breakfast. Great room. Very helpful and firndly staff.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Close to the O2 so perfect for our needs. The room was clean and offered everything we needed. Bed a little uncomfortable but we are spoiled by our Tempur mattress bed.

I made a booking for two double rooms and requested adjacent rooms as we were travelling with teens and a family room is no longer suitable. This was also repeated by telephone a week before travel. I was told that rooms couldn't be assigned until the day, but they would do everything possible to fulfill my request, so I was disappointed when we checked in that we weren't even on the same floor and also told there was nothing they could do.
After a continued conversation, the check in team actually were able to move us to the same floor and then found us two rooms together. Quite the turnaround from 'nothing they could do'.
I do have to wonder if the hotel really did 'everything possible' to help me as promised. An unnecessary annoyance at the start of our stay unfortunately.

We found our room in this hotel spacious and clean. Staff were really friendly with a welcome glass of Prosecco and a chocolate as it was Valentine’s Day - a nice little touch!

I found the Canary Wharf area pleasantly surprising. A bit business oriented perhaps but there were many choices for food and shopping (if inclined). Transportation was relatively convenient and short distance to get to the property. Good options on the tube with the Elizabeth line and Jubilee lines not a far walk (less than 12 min). However, be advised the DLR lines run right next to the hotel. Originally staff put me next to the line and being a light sleeper, the sound of the trains going by would have been a tad disturbing for me. Fortunately, staff accomodated me to a quieter part of the hotel (albeit the view was somewhat dreary - but I wasnt there for the view anyway - just some quiet rest at night).

The staff are very polite and welcoming.
The rooms are nice and i like the fact you have a fridge and bottle water in ur room.

We stayed as a family of 4 (kids aged 9 & 12) and had a great stay and would happily recommend this hotel as we have now stayed twice. The family room is ideal and having breakfast included is a great start to the day and ideal for kids who want to try all varieties of food.

Overall a good stay only issue we had was our room was too warm. Windows didn't open which was a little disappointing but understand when your high up it's health n safety reasons. We got fans brought to the room to try n help. Very good breakfast.

The Hilton Canary Wharf was a very nice hotel and I would recommend this hotel to anyone! The access to the Underground and the various accessories in London was easy and convenient! Excellent stay!

Really lovely stay for my partners birthday. Particularly want to mention one of the desk receptionists Mara, who was so lovely and welcoming. She checked us in quickly and offered glasses of bubbly. She was so attentive and friendly and made the checking in experience so much more comfortable and welcoming.
