“Will certainly return”

Chose this hotel based on previous customer recommendations. They did not disappoint. The weekend break was for my husband's birthday. Not only did the hotel provide a bottle of wine, but also a yummy tiramisu cake waiting for us when we returned to our room. This lovely gesture was much appreciated. At breakfast the following morning, we were surprised with a platter of waffles, strawberries and assorted dips. The staff in the hotel made us feel special, and having stayed in about six other London hotels over the years, this is the one we will return to. Although slightly out of central London, the underground link is very close, and situated in a beautiful shopping mall, with quite an assortment of eating places. The location would certainly not deter us from returning. Many thanks to the staff at Hilton Canary Wharf.

“Excellent Hotel Will use again.”

We chose the hotel based on the reviews from others and were not disappointed. It was easy to access from Norfolk, close to a tube station, and was all that we wanted it to be for a weekend break in the City. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room quiet, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent - a great range of continental choices and beautifully cooked hot choices (chef cooks omelettes on demand from the buffet bar. I am usually very picky where hotels are concerned but really couldn't fault our stay. Brilliant value at half price, with breakfast included, from Expedia. Thank you to both the Hilton and Expedia for a great break.

“Tremendous Hotel”

What a lovely hotel. The staff were great, the room was very spacious (i had a standard room),very clean (if fact the whole hotel was). My full breakfast was delivered quickly and was delicious (good sausages, thick bacon, dippy but not snotty eggs). Location was great as it's just across the foot bridge from a huge shopping centre. The underground and the DLR stations are literally on the doorstep too....need I say more?

“Would definitely use this hotel again”

“Great hotel”

The hotel was fabulous you couldn't fault it in anyway. The only thing i would say was our breakfast wasn't included but we decided to try it one morning and it wasn't cheap. However it was a beautiful hotel with friendly service

“Biggest room ever”

Loved the room we had - the biggest I ever had in a hotel. Great all around! So clean and crips. The area and location is fab as well - i'm not at all bothered about being close to west end etc. The breakfast was brilliant but have to say the very weak coffee brought it down a bit but could get the coffee hit in lovely Turkish cafe/restaurant pretty much next door. The one thing that I found annoying was lack of free wifi. Not even free hotspot in the lobby. Was offered to pay for this service but didn't think it was worth it. Very old fashion not to offer this as a freebie.

“A Great Experience - will go again!”

The Receptionist was extreley charming and helpful. Our very late check-in was no problem. Our room had been upgraded to an Exceutive room - it was spacious, had plenty of everything we needed. The bathroom was great, with a separate shower plus a shower over the bath. The climate control was easy to use. Breakfast was rerally good. We could have stayed all morning in the breakfast area and had lunch as well there was so much variety!! Waiters were there when needed but not over fussy. Also, as we had been to a concert at the O2, the hotel was perfect for us (and for my tired feet!!) I have already recommended this hotel to some friends, and will do again. Thanks Expedia for such good rates.

“Stunning hotel”

Here in the heart of Canary Wharf is a gem of a hotel. Newly built, the hotel offered a wonderful night's stay, excellent service and fantastic breakfast. If you are using this hotel as a base for sightseeing in London, you find it not ideally placed, however the shopping malls in canary wharf and restuarants make an ideal and safe place to take children.
