Beautiful rooftop garden - and a kind staff member found us a spot despite it being fully reserved. Room lovely and well equipped although room view was out to a side street. Gym was super as were the saunas and steam rooms. Pool is lovely but crazy busy during children's hours (lots of dive bombing to avoid). Breakfast was plentiful and small queues even at the busiest time on a holiday morning. The best thing for us was the location - right next to St Pauls. It is a wonderful base for exploring that, the Globe, the Tate Modern and pretty much all of the South bank. Cross the bridge and you have a super walk along the riverside to the House of Parliament and beyond.

Fabulous stay in London at this hotel. The spa and hotel itself is beautifully kept and the staff is kind and helpful. We’d definitely recommend staying here for a London trip!

Cleanliness got 4 stars for what appeared to be dated carpeting. While the room was impeccable, I couldn’t help but wonder if the carpeting was dirty or just old. Otherwise, I would have given a 5 star rating all around. My family enjoyed their stay all three nights. The food was quit good too! For our first time in London, I thought the location was very advantageous to every place we wanted to go. Within walking distance to several underground tubes. I would definitely stay there again.

Great comfortable queen beds. Beautiful pool. Nice gym. Great location!!! on the pedestrian bridge to cross the Thames. Bus and multiple underground stations close. Very nice and helpful staff. Would stay there again!

Beautiful hotel close to everything, safe neighborhood but I’ll say all London is pretty safe. We got greet with a really good mimosa and white wine. It was raining and they had umbrellas for rent for a pound a day, which it’s not bad at all. The drinks at the bar were really good, we didn’t have a chance to eat at the restaurant because we were all over London, but there is a cafe right on the corner called Rouge Cafe which has amazing desserts and coffee. We didn’t get any of the VIP upgrades or anything Expedia said on their website even though I ask if they honored them. But I can’t complaint at all about the hotel, is highly recommended

The hotel is in a convenient place for the guildhall where the function was held, however, check in was at 15.00pm - my room wasn’t ready until 16:45pm; I had to sit in reception so that I could keep checking if it was ready. There were chocolates and wine waiting in my room, by way of apology (I assumed) only to read the card which was thanking Neal for staying there 😂 My function was at 18.30pm so I just had time to shower and change, and go to the hotel bar briefly before leaving. The bar was packed, but only two staff serving, another wait. Anyway, breakfast was lovely and so was the room and the view …. Eventually

Really great safe central location. St Paul’s Cathedral right next door. Quiet, spacious rooms. Comfortable bed. Pillows were a bit flat but was able to get a couple more. Nice bar in lobby. Overall an excellent stay and I would stay there again.

Air con didn’t work despite having someone clean the filter - after arriving back from a theatre trip the room was no different and it was then too late to do anything (when I asked to move earlier in the day, as I could see this happening, we were told no). Very unfriendly staff. Breakfast is like a factory - awful, people everywhere! Pool area wasn’t up to much. Disappointing stay.

We stayed for one week in February 2024! We absolutely loved our stay! From the charming and clean room... to the staff...everything was perfect! The area was beautiful as it was across from St. Paul's Cathedral. We were very comfortable coming and going at any time of day as the area is very safe, quiet and clean with close transportation and lovely restaraunts nearbly. You could throw a stone and hit St Pauls. Thats how close The hotel is to this iconic building. Reception staff very informed. Frachisco knew his job inside out, backwards and forwards. Franchisco knows the meaning of a bargin as do I. DO YOU? A bargin is something you dont need at a price you cant resist. So i was offered a bargin in a very nice way. I received xometning extra and Franchisco brought in mire revenue for the hotel. That is a talent that Franchisco has. Part of it can be taught but not the whole delivery. It was a great experience at the Lenonardo. Do not eat at the Rouge cafe next door. I would nit even rate it a 1/4 of a star. Breakfast znd the hotel restaurant is second to none. Would i return? Most definitely. Regards Phil and im known as being very fussy. :)

Unfortunate only a single lift was working and had to wait over 10 mins for one to arrive, with a pregnant member of our group of 18 this wasn’t great. Additional not all the rooms were available (we arrived just after 3pm) and had booked 5 rooms (18 guests) this left a sour first impression. Great location and rooms but the services and experience was lacklustred.
