The "Other" feature doesn't work on "What did you not like? I would not recommend this hotel and they are aware and compensated me some for their poor services. 1) They put us in the last room on the 3rd floor which is above the dumpsters and parking lot. They were not upfront about this at all. I found out that there was a lovely courtyard view which was quiet. 2) The thermostat broke the 2nd day we were there. It was fixed on the 3rd day, so having to report it 2x AND it wasn't fixed because it blew out cold air when we wanted heat. 3) The bathroom is the smallest bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel or motel for that matter. It was about 4 1/2 feet across and maybe 6" or 7" in length where the sink was, the shower was about 2" x 5". There was no counter space to put your toiletries. So, it was shocking. 4) So not surprisingly the room was pretty small and I booked a Supreme King. 4) This is a hotel for younger people, there was one dining and cocktail area and the music was loud 24/7 with thumping music. So you come back tired at night and you are greeted with this. 5) And because we were the last room on the floor, it was so inconvenient and confusing to get out of the room via stairs. So we used the elevator each time. 6) There were 2 days where housekeeping didn't give us washcloths or hand towels. And I had to ask for instant coffee packets and espresso. 7) The TV came on randomly the first few nights, even in the middle of the night!

Amazing location and friendly staff. Arrived way earlier than check in time but they were able to get us in our room no fuss. Easy walk from Euston station and central to everything. Only issue was with the shower as it was weak pressure and very slow to warm up. Would stay again!

Room was superb and the bed was really comfy, unlike some hotels where the mattress is overly hard or bumpy. Central location and easy walking distance of many of the attractions and theatres.

The hotel is in a convenient and central location. It was one of the few properties in the area with two beds to accommodate a family of four. Although the room was on a small side - to be expected in London. It was a good option for a one night stay. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel offers convenient proximity to some good restaurants and easy access to public transportation. It’s an ideal base for exploring Soho’s vibrant dining and nightlife scene. I didn’t interact with from desk, as the Check-in and check-out were hassle-free, although I didn’t need much assistance from the front desk. , the lobby staff, particularly Lorena, provided excellent service during our meal. However, the pillows were uncomfortable for my taste, and the bathroom in our specific room (513) was quite small—though I can’t speak for other rooms. Despite these minor issues, our overall experience was fantastic, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again.

Great value. We loved the location for its walk ability to Covent Gardens and SOHO. Cute cafes nearby as well. The room was clean and sound proof from other guests. Some sirens go by so maybe bring earplugs. The bed was super comfortable. The amenities are great, have a pool and sauna plus a restaurant onsite. We were happy to have this as our home base while in London.

From the moment we arrived for my Mums 60th birthday we felt utterly spoilt! The staff on reception were so friendly. I’d only booked a standard room but it was HUGE and felt very luxurious. We were late checking out as I couldn’t find the ring and the housekeeper knocked - I as worried we get a telling off but she joined us helping to find it, stripping the bed to look for it. We found the ring and had a fantastic stay

Fabulous hotel, it has certainly benefited from the rebranding to Leonardo group. It is modern, fresh and very welcoming in reception. (Loved the sweets) The rooms are very spacious, our room had 2 king beds, dressing/ kitchen area with cute red, Smeg fridge, kettle and coffee machine, we sunk into the most comfortable beds ever! Special thanks to the manager who helped when my friend took ill and needed hospital care. Shaun couldn’t have done enough for us and kept a stressful situation very calm with the right amount of humour to relieve the tension. NYX is a modern, funky hotel close to Holborn tube station and walkable to Covent Garden, and other attractions. We had a fabulous stay!

Regular guest at the NYX, basing my review on a specific experience. Given room on the 9th floor, 912. Arrived in the room to an awful smell coming from drains, reported twice and not resolved, hotel fully booked so unable to move. The reception staff were brilliant and clearly passed on instructions and were very emphatic however cleaning/ maintenance team under appreciated the effect this had on our stay! Very little effort to resolve . Two visits, light spraying of air freshner evidenced no deeper dive into the reasons. The smell was clearly huge drain issues. Also room 912 very noisy amd sits near air conditioning units on the roof ! Couldn't sleep so FYI keep to lower floors.

Flashy styling and easy to find when we were out and about with the exterior hotel lighting pink/purple/blue. Two blocks from the Hollborn tube. Close to everything but slightly more calm neighborhood than some other tourist areas. We stayed there for 10 days, would stay there again.

The location was perfect for getting around the whole city! Very nice area. The hotel itself is trendy, clean, and safe. The room was very clean as well. We didn’t use the spa facilities but looked very nice. Rooftop was closed since it was the winter, but the lobby bar was always hopping and made very good martinis!

It's certainly not a four-star hotel, but ....
Four stars? I think not. Look, this is a good choice, for the money. The rooms are not large--they appear larger in the photos, that's for sure. The location is not great, but it's not bad. It's a five-minute walk to the Underground and a good selection of bus stops. It's ten minutes to the edge of Soho and the West End. London closes pretty early, so after about 9pm, there's no dinner near the hotel. BUT, I would certainly recommend that you eat in a fab pub, nearby, called The Plough. And for breakfast, skip the hotel and walk five minutes to the Kozzy Cafe, which is among the best little diners I've ever patronized. The service at this hotel is excellent. Very nice staff, very helpful. I don't know that I would consider the hotel to be especially clean--I mean, it's okay, but the floors always seemed to need vacuuming, that kind of thing. There's a lot of bric-a-brac all over the place--including a piece of art in the lobby--a female mannequin--that appears to be intentionally trying to trip people, as they pass--and she does! Not sure what kind of management or design style doesn't see that, and thinks this is a good idea, but there ya' have it. The pool is nice--shallow, though. The sauna and steam room were hot. If you grab a good price, then this is a good choice. Just be sure you want to be in Holborn.

Amazing place and great cast!!! Loved the room and breakfast! The only complain was the terribly rude lady in the evening at the Rena spa… Location was ideal, easy walk to the London Eye and great place to start a morning run.

Very very disappointing
Day 1- curtain broke Day 2 - shower head didn’t work. They fixed it. Then sewage smell came into room. Was given new room. New room had dirty handprint on outside of bathroom door. No cleaner available to clean Day3 - shower head doesn’t work. Notified them Day 4- shower head still not working

Perfect for us!
Overall a very nice property in an ideal location. Hotel's modern decor is unique. We enjoyed the complimentary spa/pool facilities each day after touring the city. Beds were quite comfortable. Room a bit on the tiny side, but not unusually small for London. Staff cordial and willing to help, but it is not a service driven type of hotel with employees running around everywhere. The Underground station (Holbern) is a block away from the hotel and is on the Picadilly line...you can land at Heathrow and get right on going to the hotel.
