5 stars for Doubletree Hilton London Marble Arch!
Super friendly and efficient staff! Warm chocolate chip cookies at check -in! Quiet, comfy and clean room! Two complimentary drinking water bottles delivered to our room daily. Delicious breakfast! Nataline and Dhruv were so attentive in the dining room, offering us made to order eggs at the breakfast buffet, and yummy cream with our coffee! The porter-doorman Seyed was especially helpful in lifting and storing our heavy luggage after check out, and getting us a taxi for our tour! He even waited for our late return back to the hotel to help us again! Thank you all so very much for your excellent service!

Lovely lobby area and very friendly staff !! Great situation for shopping on Oxford street! The only down side was rooms are a bit small! Complimentary warm cookies on arrival were absolutely delicious 😋

The overall experience was excellent, staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. Only issue was the shower drain, otherwise was fine.

Fabulous Location and perfect for our long Weekend
Booked for a long weekend, had to drive down from the North West due to train strikes, but we found the hotel very easily (had to pay for a parking space around the corner) Fabulous location near Marble Arch Tube station, perfect for everything we had planned. We were in a basement King Double room that was very spacious for London and with great clean facilities. Would definitely use again.

Really felt ripped off. £250 per night for a noisy, tiny, dusty, stuffy, dark and dirty room. Pictures to prove it, which I will be sending to Doubletree corporate. How can this be a Doubletree ? It felt like a 2/ 3 star hotel. Dreadful patronising front desk service. Breakfast was a very poor quality buffet. I have lived in London for over 20 years and the Marketing Director of an award winning media agency. I stay in Doubletree quite often and spend my vacations in Dubai and the Doubletree has always been great. Only stayed one night thankfully and was there due to having an operation (5 mins walk) on Harley Street. Never ever again. Slept very badly, room smelt heavily of Indian cooking and windows let in odours and noise from street below. Stains on bedding, curtains, carpets. Save yourself a nightmare. Book elsewhere! Room was in the basement and was a bit dark but pleasant and nice size. Breakfast was good and the staff were all very attentive. Just one thing if you check in early (before 3pm) and you want to have access to you room it will cost you £25 to re-book in!

Lovely clean hotel. The staff would go out of there way to assist. Rooms are small but have all the amenities you need. Location was perfect just off Oxford street with a short walk to the tube. I would highly recommend this hotel

Great location and friendly staff. Extremely uncomfortable beds, and carpet in rooms were dirty. Bathrooms were nice. We were a family of 3 and finding rooms to accommodate us was a challenge. This hotel did offer a room with stated queen bed and a single. The queen was actually a double and all beds terribly hard. Wouldn’t stay there because of beds.

Underwhelming Experience for an overwhelming price
The staff were extremely pleasant especially at reception. The gentleman Amir was very helpful when there was a problem with my room and did his best to find a solution. The location is great as it is just off of Oxford St. However location and staff cannot carry the burden that justifies a poor rating. The interior is in dire need of an upgrade. The carpets, curtains, and dark brown wood are very outdated. Theres not even any coffee/tea facilities in the room. For the price you pay it is definitely not worth it

The hotel is in a great location and the staff were really nice however when we tried to check in we were told that the hotel didn’t have our booking. We had to wait 45 minutes for the hotel to find our booking and check us in
