Close to the tube! Excellent help from the staff for all our needs. Have stayed at this location twice. Will stay again if I come back to London.

Upon arrival check in was quick and room was ready, required card swipe for elevator which I appreciate as added security feature. Room was spacious and clean, water provided in room. Washroom was ample size and had good products available. The only downfall in our room was the view , which was another wall a bit disappointing and wish it was noted during booking so we could of selected an alternate. However we had great views from elevator windows of London bridge. The onsite restaurant was great for dinner all organic and healthy selections. The included breakfast was simple and London standards, not too great for us vegetarians however we managed with yogurt and toast. Area was walkable , subway outside and safe for walking. We walked everywhere during out stay to Covent Garden , Buckingham Palace, Big Ben etc all under an hour walking. Great stay overall and suggested for a safe quiet option

Incredible location, a stones throw from Tower Hill tube station and the Tower of London. A short tube journey away from Euston and only a couple of stops from Victoria where we went to the theatre. Would definitely stay again. The only issue was that the hotel's payment system was down, meaning they took all my details manually- fine except later on when they hadn't taken the payment they simply locked us out of our room- two trips down four floors later it was sorted.

Stayed at the Hilton by Tower of London on multiple occasions now and it never disappoints. Room always ready, clean, staff always polite and helpful. The App makes the check-in and out process even smoother. Nothing seems to be too much trouble here which makes the whole experience stress free.

The location is excellent, the room was worn and not what we were suppose to get. On their website said we were suppose to get a renovated room. The room is nothing even close to the pictures that the hotel puts on their website. Would not stay at this hotel on our next vist to London.

The conditions of floor 3 were horrible. The rug were with stain they smell like fungos. I will never choose a double tree again. I have pictures of the condition. The chair in the room with stains the sheets too. The worst hotel I stayed in my life and I pay $400 per night.

We recently stayed at this property during New Years and it was fantastic! Emma at the front desk was amazing for check in. We arrived early in the morning and was able to get a room right away for a $40 early check in fee, but after 15 hours of travel that’s always worth it. The rooms were clean, and the bathrooms are great. The hallways look a bit run down but other than that the facility was exceptional. The rooftop bar was great and had fantastic views. The transportation and location was my favorite part of this hotel. You are less than a 2 minute walk away from the Tower Hill tube station that takes you to almost every touristy spot in London. You are also a short walk away from Tower Bridge and Big Red Bus tour locations. I did find the there was a slight lack of food options around the hotel, but the hotel did serve a great breakfast that made up for it. I would definitely stay on this property again and would recommend it for others. It was our first time in London and we felt very safe and the location made our travel very easy.

The hotel restaurant and rooftop bar was amazing! Great food, great service! The carpet is old and was a dirty in the hallways and there was a dark brown spill down the wall in our room by the mirror. Overall, room was nice.
