“Fine Hotel”

Fine Hotel but has an expensive breakfast (17 pounds/person). There is no complementary shuttle service to Heathrow so you need to pay for shuttle bus or taxi service.

“Good Heathrow hotel”

We were a bit apprehensive when we first made our way to our room as it was at the end of a very musty, damp smelling corridor. Fortunately the room itself was fresh smelling, comfortable and with excellent sound proofing and blackout window dressings. The bed was very comfortable. Helpful staff and good bars in the hotel.

“Hotel is a rip-off (1 star)”

Arrived at 1:00AM - the front desk person told me to take the two coupons for breakfast (I think regular price was 19 Pounds - discounted Price was 15 Pounds or so). I went to the room and the room service hours for breakfast were 6:00AM - 10:30AM - so I figured that I have till 10:30. When I called in the morning - the breakfast was closed at 10:00. At the time of check-out I told the front desk lady that I did not have the breakfast - so she took my coupons and charged me $50 anyway and told me that it was non-refundable. So - in other words, I returned my coupons, did not have breakfast and still paid $50. I am sure - I was not the only guest in the hotel , i.e. they did not make breakfast just for me to charge me $50. I am not at all happy and will not go to this hotel again!

“Crowne Plaza - Bring some gold its expensive”

I stayed at this hotel overnight, as i was flying out of Heathrow in the morning to miami. The spa is lovely and is the only free thing you will get so make use of it. Its expensive they wanted 3 pounds 50p to have some plates delivered to my room so we could eat take out. the resturant is over priced and doesnt look all that. Don't expect any freebies! this aint the usa. Coffee you pay for, Internet expensive. Its a nice hotel, i just think there are some things they could offer complimentary and yes i understand its central london. I'm just saying if US hotels can offer these things free why cant UK hotels.

“Would recommend this hotel”

Had a relaxing time.Facilities were good, pool area was lovely. Hotel was clean and location was ideal for us and staff very helpful and friendly.

“2-Star quality”

Fine for overnight and only if you get a bargain. The rooms are fine and spacious, but the lobby and restaurant areas are a zoo. Many of the reception staff are trainees, and although polite, are not very efficient. The service staff use the same elevators as the guests taking up most of the space with the trolleys and other service equipment.

“Good Quality”

Good hotel. Convenient to Heathrow. THe service was good, and the food in the restaurants was good, but very expensive. My only real disapointment was that the hotels is in a location where there is no access to anything else. You cant go to a restaurant outside the hotel, so you're somewhat captive.

“Excellent Heathrow Hideout”

Great Hotel. Rooms are modern and (by UK standards) spacious.Very friendly staff. Beware the exorbitant hidden internet fees: 8 pounds sterling an hour/15 pounds for 24 hours. No other options. Also their breakfast costs something like 19 pounds, ridiculous.

“Big rooms for London”

Hotel had nice sized rooms and was clean. The breakfast is pricey but very well done. There is a fee for internet service. I noticed a guest laundry, another rarity for London, but did not get to use it. I would go back.

Area recommendations

I would recomemend the Gloucester area as it has restaurants and is close to the tube and museums.
