Beware

Posted 29-May-2014
Pros: the location is great
Cons: stop having in house parties
Location: everything from covent garden close
We booked two nights and on the first night we were woken by a party that started about 2 am when we asked the front desk to do something about it we were told that was impossible as it was the landlords party and this was the third this week ,it went on till about 5 ish and standing outside we were told we were sad for complaining ,must say never been treated like this before ,took a good week to get a reply and they wont give us our money back but offered us another night ,no thanks

Staying in London overnight

Posted 20-May-2014 on Hotels.com
Very comfortable - but there is no breakfast and usual (awful) coffee sachets. Room has a microwave, kitchen sink - so you can make your own meals or just cross over the road to many cafes, restaurants etc. Few yards from Trafalgar Square so excellent location.

Good central location

Posted 21-Feb-2014
Dont be put off by "un-hotel" like foyer, theres no bar, no coffee shop, no lounge, no porter, just a guy at a desk with a computer BUT the rooms are good sized, clean and well appointed. My room (Penthouse) was well equiped and with its own fridge and kitchen soon became a very pleasant place to be. Plenty of shops, coffee houses all round and right in the middle of Theatre land.

Everything you need just outside the door, great rooms, comfy bed, good internet access. Couldn't get shower to run hot so cold shower in the morning but great place to stay and will use again.

Small but beautiful room. Unable to get hot water in shower but as only staying one night I don't know if this was rectified.

Great Location

Posted 03-Jan-2014
Pros: It's in a great location. Minutes away from Covent Garden and two tube stops. The rooms are small but extremely comfortable.
Cons: While the hotel is small there was no information about London. No brochures, maps, etc. I even got lost a few times trying to find the hotel.
I was traveling alone and found this hotel. It was small and charming. The hotel itself only has 6 rooms and I was very pleased when my room was ready even though I arrived at 9 AM. In my first room the shower was broken and instead of suffering for the next few days they moved me into the Penthouse which was a gorgeous room. It had a balcony overlooking the street and I could see the London Eye!
