“Pick a better hotel”

Ok, I picked this hotel because it was the cheapest one I could find, and it was within walking distance to Victoria station. This would work if you plan on taking the Tube and bus everywhere. There were two of us, and the manager gave us only 1 towel. We asked for extras, he gave us one more. The next day, the wet towels were still on the floor. Also, the tiny television had no remote and half of the channels were snow. So, pay more and stay at a better place!

“The worst hotel ever”

When we arrived, they didn't have a two person bedroom. So, we were sent to a four person bedroom for one night in the basement. The next day, we have to move to the fifth flor (without elevator) by ourselves. They provide just one towel for two people and they did not change it during the whole week we were there. The bedspread was more than dirty; nasty. The bathroom was dirty and you could feel everysingle spring from the mattress. We ask for wake-up call the day we were leaving but they say they do not do that. The area is very nice and there are tons of hotels located on the same block. This is definitely the worst. It does not even deserve the start that it has. It should not be called a hotel.

“poor value for $nz”

Friendly staff. Room clean. Toilet outside door. V small room 10x9ft approx with double bed. Wall hanging tv small. No station clear enough to see!! asked to have it adjusted told not possible. Ground floor room was given option of a room on 5th floor which I didn't take as no lift.Glad only 1 night booked before tour.

Kamer was zeer klein.

Danach konnten wir uns selber was neues suchen.
