Fun in London

Posted 18-Aug-2014
Pros: The location and accommodations.
Location: The location was phenomenal. Across the street from the Tube, walking distance from major attractions, Westminister Abbey, Parliament, etc.
The location was great, staff professional and the room and hotel accomodations very comfortable.

Clean, comfortable, convenient.

We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The only issue was that it was quite small and our view was of the building next to us. Great shower, great tv, comfy bed and it was very clean. Breakfast was quite good with a decent amount of variety. There is a tube station directly across the street and no shortage of pubs to drop into for a drink or fish and chips.

Good location

Posted 08-Aug-2014
Pros: Modern and clean
Cons: Air circulation in rooms, a little stuffy.
Location: Opposite st.James station, close to major attractions
Try and get a room not facing the road, because of noise. Great staff. Nice food

Diplomatic Location

Posted 02-Aug-2014
Very good stay, next to an underground station, calm area, but absolutely no view from the room we had. The working team are mostly hospitable, except for a couple helping with the breakfast buffet (but not beyong the unreasonable). I would recommend and repeat the experience.

Nice hotel, directly opposite tube station.

Posted 29-Jul-2014
Pros: The staff, facilities and location.
Location: Very handy for tube and near Westminster, Houses of Parliament and Big Wheel.
My wife and I stayed for 3 nights in July 2014. Everything about the hotel was good. Staff friendly and attentive, rooms spotless and well appointed. Normally I would stay in 4 star hotels in London but decided to try this one out. Not disappointed and worth the extra cost. Directly opposite St James Park tube station which made travelling very easy. Within walking distance of Westminster. Houses of Parliament, Big Wheel, Whitehall etc. Would recommend and stay again.

great location. Tube across the street

Posted 14-Jul-2014
Pros: Close to tube Centralized to everything Restaurants close by New hotel Free basic WiFi
This hotel mostly caters to business travelers. The standard room is very small but most rooms in Europe are small. If you are here for vacation and sharing the room with someone, you may not be comfortable. I was a solo traveler and was already familiar with room size limitations so this didn't bother me. The room was comfortability decorated and the bed very comfortable. This hotel is located across the street from St. James tube station, which made it easy to get around anywhere in London. Westminster is about a 4 minute walk away. St. James Park is basically behind the building. This is not a cheaply priced hotel. It was a last minute trip and for the right price, I would stay here again.

Great International Quality Hotel

Posted 09-Jul-2014
Pros: Location is excellent; plus everything else, room facilities etc are great.
Cons: In room Wifi was complimentary (as I expect these days), but was typically flaky. You had to log on each time you checked email.
Location: Visit Westminster!
Not much to say; its pretty pricey as you would expect for Westminster, but it is completely great and lives up to that price tag!

Great stay

Close to Westminster Abby, London Eye, Big Ben and the Thames. Quiet at night, no night life. Hotel was new and the rooms were nice. The only issues were the rooms had no view and the shower leaked on to the bathroom floor. The rooms were extremely clean and the staff was superb and friendly. Afternoon Tea was a highlight. We had a great stay.

Expensive hotel, but worth the price for the excellent service and quality of the room and amenities. Very friendly staff, and the concierge was fabulous!
