“A nice place to stay...”

The breakfast buffet was the best; lots of food and variety thereof. The room was OK and the bed was comfortable and it wasn't noisy either. The worst thing about the hotel is that, although there's a bus direct to Heathrow (for four pounds each way), it isn't convenient to the London tube and the directions I got at the desk for a bus sent me the wrong way and I ended up in Uxbridge on my way from Hayes to Hounslow for a three hour ride with three bags!

Area recommendations

I prefer another hotel in Hounslow which is right near the Hounslow West tube stop.

“A reasonably priced alternative”

Does not fall short of the expectations for a better quality budget hotel. Their inability to provide real fried eggs for breakfast was a disappointment - the scrambled egg (?powdered) was ghastly. Rather tricky to find in the dark and needs signposting.

Only useful for proximity to Heathrow.

great location for business travelers to Heathrow. However, I recommend bringing food from the nearby gas station or find the closest fast food place.

“Not worth the price break! More like Uncomfortable Inn..”

Upon arrival into Heathrow Airport for an 8 hour overnight layover, we took a taxi to this hotel (which we thought was going to around 8 GBP or so but ended up being 18 GBP instead). We arrived to the hotel and luckily the room was ready; however, the room was not what we expected. We were on the ground floor with little to no air conditioning (and windows with no screens) and with a bed that was extremely uncomfortable. The room is very small and had little room for our luggage after a week's worth of travel. It was clean, but the lampshades and walls were filthy. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Upon departure, however, it was nice to be on the bus line back to the hotel for 4 GBP a person.

“Good place to stay near Heathrow”

This was a nice hotel that is easy to get to from Heathrow. There is a shuttle that costs 8 pounds for a return ticket from the airport and it takes about 20 minutes. You can buy the bus ticket from the driver. The hotel also offers an upgrade for 10 pounds where you can pick 2 of the following: one bus ticket, 24hours of wireless internet, full English breakfast (starts at 6:30am), or a beer and crisps at the bar.

“not impressed”

Definately not as expected!!! Extremely hot, no air conditioning, not even for a higher price, no kleenex, only 1 bath towel, no tub, converters vailable from vending machine downstairs, extremely outdated!!
