We were given a subterranean basement room with no window. So no natural light. Noisy early in the morning. Hotel unable to provide another room. All in all disappointing. Would not recommend.

The property was very conveniently located near the underground. The only complaint I had was our room was a bit warm. Otherwise a very lovely place

Very nice hotel for the money. Close to Holborn Underground Station and British Museum, and you can walk to Strand/Covent Garden/Leicester Square etc in 15 minutes. Very safe area.

We got a room with a slanted roof. Very uncomfortable and small for 2 people. We had no blackout curtains just a sheer curtain. There were pigeons lots of pigeons around our angled windows that crowed all night. We barely slept. Our thermostat didn’t work. We had to call front desk to reset everyday. Overall bad experience.

Good location close to tube stations and walkable to tourist areas and west end shows. Quiet (10th floor). Close to groceries and coops for snacks. Roasters Redemption coffee shop nearby for yummy baked goods. Downside is the bathroom sliding glass door. When light turned on during the night the entire hotel room lights up.

Comfortable and would stay again
Friendly staff greet you to walk you through the iPad check in, this didn't work so they had to check us in anyway but it was all done quickly. The room was nice and spacious with a large comfortable bed and plenty of room for you to work, or do yoga with the mat provided! There are free water dispensers on each floor with bottles provided, which was a nice touch and there are also free coffee making facilities in reception (and your room). This was a great hotel, very comfortable and would stay again.

This hotel is in a great area, the staff are kind and helpful. The room is clean. We are Canadian so the one thing we didn’t know is that the rooms are underground. There are 3 floors underneath the ground level and there are rooms above the ground floor too. We were given a room underneath the ground floor. Although the room was very nice, it felt like a bunker. The toilet flushes like how an airplane toilet flushes. There are no windows obviously. We requested another room but they were fully booked. If you feel claustrophobic this would not be a good option. I would say book but make sure you have an upper floor if you need a window in the room.

Location was very convenient
I was very happy with most of the amenities.at the Club Quarters Covent Garden Holborn, but I can't say I would return immediately... PRO : Location, lovely neighborhood, near the Holborn tube station, great restaurants, easy walk into downtown London, quiet at night, across from a beautiful park. The bed and shower were both amazing. And one of the staff (Odette) was as delightful as one could wish - solved any and all problems with a smile. CON : I watched (and experienced) several customers be treated with disdain by a different member of the staff, and not because the customer was demanding anything unusual - rather the staff member seemed irritated to do his job ?!? Despite all of the PROS, my feeling about that one employee might cause me to look elsewhere on my next London trip. Also, the fridge and microwave (in the room) were not working properly - not a huge problem, but annoying. OVERALL : Many things to recommend, and one or two less than stellar moments.

The hotel was horrendous! The room was freezing with no heating, the bedding was damp, the sink was dirty. On arrival the front desk immediately said you are in -3 and I have no other rooms available; before I had checked in. So clearly they knew it was a bad room. We paid £300 for the night, which is ridiculous for the type of room even though it was New Years Eve. Do not stay here; a Travellodge is a far better option.

good stay, unfortunate "king" bed
Great location. Enjoyed our stay, however the King size bed is just two twin beds combined, making an uncomfortable gap. We upgraded our room to a king and wish we would've just stayed with our originally booked bed size as it would have meant no gap.

The bed and pillows very good, cleansiness pretty good. A bit strange that you get informed be reception if you stay more night that you have to request cleaning service? But no refund in price! I suppose it's environmentaly good. Reception is very helpful.

A nice comfortable stay.
A nice and comfortable hotel in a central location but situated in a nice quiet square. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Bed was very comfortable. Room was showing several signs of wear and tear with broken plug sockets and torn material on seating. But on the whole a very pleasant experience.
Love the refillable water stations. Great touch.
