Enjoyed my stay

Citidenes on Gloucester Rd offers excellent service in a convenient location. Close to the London underground railway and close to good shops and caf├ęs. I particularly appreciated the assistance from the staff, who were able to help with nearly all my requests.

Citadines

Posted 24-Jun-2014
Location: We loved the pub on the next corner and it had delicious pies.
We stayed at Citadines towards the end of May 2014 , the staff were very helpful. We found it close to everything we wanted to see , with the underground close by. It is comfortable and well priced.

Good place to stay in London

Posted 20-Jun-2014
Pros: Great and helpful staff. The accommodations were good.
Cons: Laundry facilities
Location: Very close to Kensington Palace and gardens and Albert's Hall. Not far from the Metro/Underground to other sights.
The hotel/apartment was well appointed with what was expected (kitchen). Staff addressed concerns that we experienced. The staff members were very polite and helpful. The laundry facilities were a bit disappointing and expensive.

A Great hotel in Gloucester Road, London.

Posted 16-Jun-2014
Pros: Location. It's accessability to food markets, good pubs and restaurants and the underground.
Cons: The bed. Our suggestion would be for a nightlight on the landing so that we would not have had to leave the lights on in the bathroom at night.
Location: The location was perfect for getting on the underground to connect to anywhere. Great pubs, restaurants, food markets.
We were on the 6th floor and had an elevator to it. On entry there was free fresh coffees which we enjoyed every day. Our place had a full kitchen and family room with flat screen T.V. sleeper sofa and table and chairs for two, then you went upstairs to a full bedroom with great storage closet and full bathroom. We had a great vacation here and overall the Hotel was good value. For some the stairs would not be ideal.

London home.

Pros: The location and comfort of having a kitchen.
What a convenient and comfortable place to stay. Sightseeing was easy with the Gloucester Rd. tube station nearby as well as Kensington Park & Palace, Royal Albert Hall and many shops and museums within walking distance. Along with having a kitchen there are many enjoyable places to eat nearby. Partridges market in the same block is a good place to purchase the basics. I was able to store luggage between stays which was very helpful.
