“Central and comfortable”

Very central, very comfortable, staff friendly and helpful - expensive though and they charge for wifi access which seems unnecessary given the price you pay for the rooms.

“Great Hotel”

Location was fantastic, only 10 mins walking to Covent Garden or Oxford Street. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms were very large and in keeping with the look of the hotel. Loved my stay here.

“Well appointed and well located hotel”

I was assigned a renovated room which was quiet, well appointed and quite comfortable. The staff was friendly but not intrusive. I find the location (mid way between the City and the West End at the Holborn tube stop very convenient.

“Got to stay here!!!”

Wow what a fantastic hotel, from entering the lobby to entering the room it was fantastic. The hotel building is awesome, the bar is great, although very pricey for cocktails...beware, but really there was nothing to fault. The best part other than great location, friendly staff, beautiful hotel was the comfortable beds.....duvet and pillows totally awesome, had a great night's sleep....yep pretty cool hotel to stay in. Will book here again and again.....

“Wonderful room, peaceful stay, convenient location”

We had a brand new room, top top top quality bed with linens and lovely shower and soft furnishings. My only criticism of the room was that we did not have a bath tub but this is a minor point indeed on a 2 night stay. We were warned that there were building works going on starting on Monday at 10am. True to the word of the hotel Saturday and Sunday were perfectly peaceful and we didn't hear any noise at all until lunchtime on Monday when we were in the reception checking out - it was no big deal at all. I was a little concerned by some of the recent reviews but these were not borne out by our stay - we had a great time. And trust me, I am a fussy customer and do not give positive feedback unless it s thoroughly deserved.

“Wonderful”

Wonderful hotel! Perfect position for theatre goers, Covent Garden and the National Portrait Gallery. We did have a problem with noisy aircon in our room, but we were just too tired after a late night at the theatre to do anything about it until morning. When we mentioned it at reception it was dealt with straight away. The staff were excellent! We had a great break and will be back soon.
