Really nice room, lots of stairs to top floor good for those who need the exercise, perhaps request lower floors for those with lack of mobility. Bed was super comfy, great mini bar and tea/coffee facilities. Nice toiletries. Pleasant decor and the whole place smelt good too.

The staffs are very helpful and nice, the room is clean, but I would like to comment two points, the water pressure in the shower is low. And there is some machine noise in the room, I am not sure if it comes from air-conditioner.

Absolutely fabulous. Highly recommend. Great rooms, quiet, everything you need, great pub restaurant downstairs. Great staff at the desk and pub. Definitely coming back.

Great stay. Lovely friendly and helpful receptionist Delightful rooms. Only thing could do with is . . bar/handle near bath to assist older guests getting out of bath/shower

This is a great location near a tube stop. Lots of character with local shopping and restaurants. Very easy to walk around to sight see in local area. Staff was always very friendly and helpful.

GREAT LOCATION
This is our second stay at this hotel and we love it. The location is great. It is above a nice pub and the staff are wonderful. The only negative is the club in the basement and it got really rowdy one night. So if you are a light sleeper then be sure to ask for one of the rooms away from the front- side.

Very convenient for our purpose. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Room perfect for short stay, very clean and excellent shower. Would definitely stay again. Only downside, but to be expected due to location, was that traffic could be noisy.

A nice Hotel, thats missing the little things.
I stayed here recently to have an extra day in London after being at the O2 for a recent 2 day event. I'd already contacted the Hotel about leaving my bags at the Hotel to go catch a show and some shopping etc which I was thankfully able to do so before checking in. Upon returning, I checked in and retrieved my luggage. The staff asked if I wanted a hand with my luggage which I refused and said I would be fine. What I didnt realise was that the room I was in was on the 3rd / 4th floor and there was no lift, which I was not informed about sadly. The room itself was fine, but nothing special. The A/C worked thankfully, but upon my late return from a night out had little sleep due to the sound of traffic even with the windows appearing shut, especially as it reached early morning. I checked out, in order to catch my flight and the receptionis seemed more concerned if I had used the Mini bar, which I knew nothing about or that the room even had one, rather than if I'd had a pleasant stay. As the title suggests, its the little things and I understand that its an older building which probably isnt suitable for a lift. Its a great property for the money you pay, but with so many more options availible, I'll probably be looking elsewhere next time.

Faultless
Faultless from start to finish. We ate here, we drank here and we slept here and it was perfect. We booked as it looked really nice and it was somewhere close to the Apollo where we were going to see a show. The staff were nice, the location from tube and the venue was ideal and the room had all we needed. Seriously 10/10.

Air conditioner broken
We checked in they wasn’t much help . The air conditioner was broken it was hot ,I complained to front staff many times they stated would send someone and never did .
