“This hotel is in the middle of no where!”

Hotel is way out of town, $50 cab ride to get downtown. Taxi drivers & London Taxi had a lot of difficulty locating the hotel. I don't recommend staying here unless you know the city well & have are driving.

“Not impressed.”

I was suprised that there was No service elevators for rooms on the second floor. Fortunately I had a duffle back and a full backpack and they were not that heavy. But, can't imagine if I had more than 2 bags or if they were heavier. Would be hard to negotiate the narrow stairs to the second floor. The bed sheets looked white/clean, but I felt my skin getting itchy as soon as I got under the covers. I suspected that they were cleaned using bleach- I have a sensitivity to bleach. The shower/washroom was rather small. Didn't think it deserved a 3 star rating. More like 2.5.

“Good room, great restaurant, excellent value”

A great place for a quick business trip or overnighter. The restaurant has been consistently excellent over the past 7 years and, despite a little highway noise from the 401, the most comfortable bed and best sleep I've had in years.

“We will stay there any time we are in London.”

Hotel is in a quiet location. The free breakfast was excellent.

“great romm/hotel for the money!”

The hotel was very well kept, great complimentary breakfast, good free parking. The only complaint was no working ice machine on our floor. It was very handy to everything and quiet. Internet was sporadic as they were having some problems though.

Downtown is charming! Shopping area is great.

A GPS was very helpful in finding the hotel the first time!

“Very Comfortable Experience”

The room was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable. Overall atmosphere was nice. TV lacked channels (only went up to 21). But for the price the stay was quite worth it. Located in the country it felt like a mini vacation outside of london. Would definitely go back.

“Quality on the Outskirts”

The accommodations were good, but the breakfast ran out of food well before the closing time. Service in the restaurant for breakfast was non-existent. The beds in the rooms were extremely comfortable - some of the most comfortable I've ever had in a hotel. Unfortunately there was a hockey tournament and the noise kept us awake until 2:00 a.m. There is no elevator and unless you are on the main floor, the flight of stairs with a heavy suitcase and someone who has mobility issues created a problem. There is nothing around the hotel except for a gas station and it is several miles into town.
