One large towel is provided per person. ------- PAYMENT - IMPORTANT For "Advance Purchase - Prepaid" bookings, full payment is taken at the time of booking. Some credit cards (especially from Italy) do not allow distance payment (over the phone or online), which means they cannot be used as a guarantee or payment for your booking. ------- NO CREDIT CARDS FEES You can pay your booking using VISA or MASTERCARD. There is NO surcharge for this service. ------- FOREIGN CURRENCIES We only accept British Pound Sterling currency (£ , GBP). ------- IDs By law we have to record the ID of each foreign person on the booking. So please, don’t be offended if we ask a proof of identity at the time of check-in (passport or ID card or driving licence). ------- MORE THAN 7 NIGHTS BOOKINGS We do not automatically accept bookings longer than 7 nights. However this booking system (Venere) let you book as many nights as possible. If you book more than 7 nights, we will contact you by email for more information. ------- VISA If you require a visa to enter UK we may ask you your visa number in order to fully confirm your booking. www.ukvisas.gov.uk ------- CANCELLATION POLICY Any client amending or cancelling a booking must do so by email. Cancellation fees: - More than 24h prior arrival date= £15. - Less than 24h prior arrival date= £15 + one night’s accommodation per room booked. We will refund the full amount minus cancellation fee for "Advance Purchase - Prepaid" bookings. You can amend your booking (subject to availability) up to 24h prior your arrival date. There is a non refundable fee of £15 for this service. – Arrival date calculated with check in at 13h.

Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the bed & breakfast prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. All guests staying in hotel guestrooms must be registered with the hotel.
