Well positioned property,money needs to be spent to justify the rates .. Internet is weak especially in the bedrooms, Televisions are too small, with very poor channel selections ..Needs USB ports in bedrooms The are rooms are spacious but needs updated .. Breakfast was very good . And the people who work at the hotel are very nice. Money needs to spent to justify the overall experience.. I would not stay here again , unless i hear that improvements have been made

In a great location, quiet and clean. The staff at the Baglioni was kind and paid swift attention to us, and helped us navigate travel with two young children with ease.

This hotel was amazing! The staff was totally five-star. Miss Laura in particular. She deserves a raise. I love the experience. The people were very welcoming, warm and provided us with alternatives for places to go and dine where to go to visit. The staff was very welcoming and understanding. I will definitely revisit again.

There was no TV available during my stay at the property. Also, the internet was terrible. I had to use my personal hotspot connection but the connectivity was still bad. Staff is very nice especially from the restaurant. However, not planning to stay there again.

Good location, nice enough room with a comfy bed (although very soft with no lumbar support). Let down by the service which throughout the stay felt pretty meh. Worst example was at the restaurant for breakfast, we had to leave for the airport so asked if they could accommodate a relatively tight turnaround (40 minutes isn’t that tight but was trying to be safe), not only did we not receive any food (literally just ordered eggs and toast…) but when I asked after 30 minutes if we could just get it in a box to go, 10 minutes later still nothing. Left hungry and annoyed. Completely ridiculous and certainly not the standard for a hotel of this supposed to quality. Left a bad taste in my mouth (or rather no taste at all), and I won’t be returning to stay here again.

Superb property and comfort. Location can't be beat--right on Hyde Park, near museums, restaurants, and shopping. Excellent customer service and attentiveness--truly makes guests feel most welcome. 10 /10. Highly recommend!

Nice but not the best
Was disappointed. We had just come from the Waldorf in Edinburgh and this did measure up at all and was hundreds of $$’s more. Their website is amazing but we didn’t feel it reflected the actual hotel. Our tv did not work from tues to Fri. even after several reports to front desk. Our phone also had issues. We were given probably a depressing room-tiny w/no view yet the hotel seemed empty…. AFTER we had checked in I saw an email about bidding for an upgrade. No mention when we did check in for an upgrade🤔. It was fine overall but I’d not stay there again. The maids were wonderful, the concierge helpful, Raphael in the dining room was authentic, kind and caring. Food was excellent. It was in a nice quiet area and we were able to walk a few blocks to great coffee and pastries each morning. Not close to the tube so taxis were our transport $$.

Nice hotel and location. Service was excellent. My only criticism is that guests should be allowed to have breakfast on the patio which is one of reasons we picked hotel.

Perfect for Royal Albert Hall
We booked Baglioni since we had three events in five nights at the Royal Albert Hall. The hotel was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We did not use the spa as we were busy elsewhere. Staff seemed predominantly Italian and were very friendly and helpful. The valet parking facility was very useful as we travelled from the west country and can no longer rely on the trains.

Excellent location, very comfortable with a very accommodating staff. The dining was disappointing and very overpriced. Example….. at breakfast my wife and I ordered coffee and were charged 5 pounds for each refill….. totally unacceptable.
