“Exceptional hotel.”

Comfort of the room only marked down because I found the bathroom a little cold. Although had I complained I have little doubt it would have been rectified. All in all an excellent hotel which we can highly recommend and we will return the next visit to London.

“Great value for money in London.”

Though I have been to London many times on business, this was my first stay with Apex. Very impressed with the quality and value. Comfortable room, free wireless, free water/snacks in room, very reasonably priced breakfast items.

“great hotel”

We took a Globus tour and stayed at 7 hotels in 4 countries. This was one of the best. It was not part of the Globus tour. Based on the TripAdvisor reviews and the hotel's economical price, we stayed in London an extra night. It is a new, modern business hotel, with free wifi in the room. The attention to detail impressed me. When we arrived early in the morning, our room was not ready, so we went sightseeing. When we returned after lunch, they had moved our luggage to the room. The room had a full length mirror, bathrobes, complimentary bottled water and coffee machine, and a rubber duck. The desk has a make-up mirror which folds away when not in use, lots of electrical outlets and plenty of work space. The bathroom has enough counter space for two guests' toiletries bags! If you want American standards (size of room, air conditioning, free internet, etc.), this is the hotel for you. I've stayed in European hotels with large closets masquerading as rooms. The only disadvantage is that it is located in a business district so neighborhood eateries close at 6 pm. The hotel has a restaurant which we did not try. This is a great value and we will return!

“A Real Gem”

What a find. I loved this modern, stylish yet friendly Hotel. The staff were so obliging and welcoming, the Room spacious (by London standards) and well equipped, and a lovely bathroom too. Also, the Hotel is ideally situated, within walking distance of many top attractions and a short ride on the Underground to the theatre district. The immdediate vicinity, being the business quarter, is quiet at weekends, but other more vibrant areas our easily accessible, and I found it to be a welcome oasis of calm in a busy Capital City. A real gem.

“Excellent Financial District Hotel -- with High Integrity”

This newer hotel provides a high level of service and comfort. The quality of the dining at the hotel is also quite good. It served perfectly for a business lunch. The complimentary upgrade I received for being an Expedia Elite Plus member was much appreciated. While this hotel is farther away for tourist activities than other hotels, it isn't that far away by underground or relatively inexpensive taxi. As I recall, no more than 7 or 8 pounds to Covent Garden by taxi. It is a short 5 minute walk to two differnet underground stations. For me what really stands out at this hotel is the high degree of integrity. I accidentally left a very nice pair of earings that I had purchased for my wife in the room. Shortly after I checked out they emailed to arrange returning them. I've left numerous items before in other hotels, rarely seeing them again. I was super impressed with the staff of the APEX London Wall Hotel.

“A truly excellent stay”

We were extremely impressed with the Apex London Wall hotel - the staff were not only courteous and polite, but went beyond to be as helpful as possible. We had our car with us and knew we were going to have to pay to park. When we went in to ask where the nearest car park was, they advised us to wait 15 minutes to 'unload' the car, then explained that the single yellow lines were okay to park on after midday. Ta-da! Free parking! The room was lovely - we were given a complimentary upgrade into a superior room which was plush, contemporary and comfortable. The bathroom was magnificent, with the most amazing shower and luxurious bathing products. The room was beautifully furnished and equipped with HD TV, Blu-Ray Player and Bose iPhone/iPod dock. We had the option of a full range of premium TV channels and access to a comprehensive library of DVDs. Whilst the hotel was a little further away from the touristy parts of London, it was within easy reach of Tube Stations and in the interesting area of The City. In the morning we treated ourselves to a room service breakfast which was very reasonably priced at £10 each and was utterly delicious. It's a clearly a hotel aimed at business travellers, but is ideal for any one wanting to explore the city and competitively priced for tourists: the tiniest issue is that there isn't a specific dressing area, but it is so minor that it's barely worth mentioning. I have nothing but praise for this lovely hotel - and a free duck!

“Highly recommended”

I spent two nights at Apex London Wall and one night at Apex City, in December 2012, in a standard queen room. This was my first time staying with Apex, and I will be choosing them for all future London visits. The staff couldn't have been more cheerful and helpful. The rooms are excellent value for money and the bathrooms are actually very generous in size. Complimentary wifi was of a good speed and reliability.
