Brilliant, loved every bit of it! I was travelling alone and the staff made me feel very comfortable and they were extremely friendly and helpful. I will be looking forward to staying there again in the near future.

I wanted to be in a low key area with the availability to go to an area to tour in a short period of time. Earl's Court Hotel Indigo was the perfect spot! It is literally across the street from the underground transportation. It is also easy to take the transportation from Heathrow, although I took Airport Transportation. It is also very easy to get to any of the top attractions.
The location is superb....it can't get any better. Hotel Indigo is nestled in a side street, Barkston Gardens. There is everything you need in the neighborhood from grocery stores, places to exchange money, pubs galore, and a post office! I found people in the area to be very pleasant and helpful. We meandered around and found some unique places to eat and drink like a local! There are so many nooks and crannies in the side streets.
The people who work at Hotel Indigo know how to please the customers. After arriving to London exhausted, they expedited our check in, as they saw us nodding out in their chairs. The room they originally had us booked for wasn't ready, so they had a gentleman show us another to see if it was ok. The room was spacious nicely decorated, and very clean. There was water, juice and soda in the fridge that was replaced every day for free! It had a modern, up to date feel.
The restaurant had been totally redone and it opened while we were there. Again, the staff was superb and so willing to please. The drinks were superb...and the food was delicious. Fantastic!

Hotel was located in beautiful Kensington. A short stroll to shops and restuarants. Directly opposite was the train station, very convenient. The hop on hop off stop was also directly opposite the hotel. Staff were helpful and although room was small, it was very clean. Breakfast was great - a full buffet of everything you need to start your day. The hotel also had a great garden area when you could sit and have an evening drink.

Regular visitors to London this is the best hotel that we have stayed in. A party of 4 couples all impressed with the high standards of the hotel throughout. I have already been asked to book the hotel again for next year's visit to London.
