The room we had for 6 nights was small but wonderful, exceptionally quiet, and very comfortable. The staff are sincerely helpful, courteous and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was among the best we have ever had on our many journeys. My hat is off to whoever organizes the breakfast buffet and menu, well done! Room decor was fun, had great A/C, comfortable bed, and an open mini fridge. No fee for using whatever we wanted! Hotel improvement to the ground floor was from 9 - 5 while we were out seeing the city and was of little if any inconvenience to us. The location was perfect for us - only a block or so the the Earls Court tube station. (Earls Court is on the Piccadilly line, which serves Heathrow Airport. Exit the station, cross the street to the right, go a block and a half, turn left at the Blackbird, a really nice corner pub, and in 100 feet you'll be in front of the Hotel. It's a 2 minute walk, super easy.) There are many really nice restaurants/pubs in the area. The hotel is only a short enjoyable walk (or one tube stop) to the busier and noisier South Kensington tube station, which has four times as many restaurants, the Natural History Museum, the V&A Museum, and Hyde Park. We enjoyed our morning jog from the Hotel, through Hyde Park and back before breakfast. The staff should be cloned and put in all hotels, they are exceptional. Without a doubt we would stay here again.

Location and service are fantastic!
Room is a little dated but this had no impact on our stay. We travel every year and have to say that this is a gem.
The location is outside tube and tour bus stops. Plenty of places to eat nearby and grocery store across the road.
I would recommend this hotel ten times over.....you won't be disappointed.

This hotel is excellent. Staff is very helpful, clean, full of amenities and across the street from Blackfriars Tube Station. This station is on the District and City line which takes to you almost all of the Tourist attractions. On the corner there is a little grocery store, across the street from a Starbucks and a cab or bus can be picked up down the street. If you want to stay out the craziness but close to everything at the same time this is the place.

The lady at the front desk was quick and helpful upon check in. We needed an extra roll away bed for one of the two rooms, it was brought up to my kids room right away. We stayed for two nights, the beds were comfortable, rooms were very clean and modern, both nights were very quiet for sleep. Plenty of room to sit in the breakfast area, breakfast items were good; scrambled eggs, sausage, variety of cold cereals, croissant, rolls, yogurt, fruits and hot/cold drinks. I noticed when I was eating breakfast, there were several staff members continuously cleaning the lobby/breakfast areas and all staff members were very courteous. The underground station (West Kensington) was only a 5 min. walk and there are a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. There was a very good Italian restaurant within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again when we are in London.

Check in efficient. Breakfast good value as kids ate free. Bar reasonably priced. Room was clean, toiletries basic. Found staff I came into contact with polite and helpful.
Location of the hotel is its main selling point.
Have used several times before and will use again.
