Beautiful Puri Mas
Puri Mas is a unique and lovely hotel. I appreciate the beautiful landscaping and the display of art and craft work throughout the grounds and villas. The restaurant has a high standard of quality.

Staff were amazing. Food was good. The whole place has a warm and friendly vibe. Great swimming pool. Pillows were very high and a bit hard. A lot of people had sore necks. Others were tummy sick but the management and staff went out of their way to help all affected. Drains smell on and off but I think that’s general all over the island. I’m going back I loved it so much.

This property was and the value was amazing. When you check in you are surrounded by artwork and statues Check-in was fast and the staff was all very friendly. My villa exceeded my expectations! The bed and linings were very comfortable. The dining at Puri Mas was amazing. Everything I had, and I was adventurous, was delicious. The pool and beach front completed the resort. Having both available was relaxing and convenient. We were there while they had a dinner show, which usually wouldn't excite me, but this was great. The owner of the resort teaches dance free of cost to all the staff. It was amazing to see how they give back to the Lombok community. I promise to return one day to Puri Mas and would highly recommend booking your stay with them.

Great hotel with a great view
Fabulous hotel and staff. From the first welcome to our goodbye we felt part of the hotel. The food was really great, breakfast was sumptuous. The pool area was really good. One night they put on entertainment, ballroom dancing stick fighting and drumming. Will definitely stay again.

A delightful stay.
This is more than just a beautiful resort ~ this is a beautiful experience. The rooms, the pool, the restaurant and the grounds are all fabulous. I highly recommend the spa. Superb, beautiful, friendly hotel next to the beac
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and the food was so good and reasonably priced that we ate there every night. The evening dance entertainment was amazing and excellent. We visited the beautiful & tranquil spa resort that is part of this hotel for some relaxing spa treatment and that too was excellent. I recommend this hotel for an enjoyable vacation on Lombok!

Charming hotel, very nice staff
Charming looking hotel in a Balinese-style garden. We had a standard bungalow, with its own balcony. Loved the carved doors, the art everywhere around the hotel and the well cared for garden. The room was a bit basic and needed better lighting, but the outside bathroom I really enjoyed. Breakfast was great, many options to choose from, very good ingredients. Not the best beach in Lombok, but you can enjoy the sunset, the local fishermen, and have a dip in the pool. Not much around outside the hotel, you will have to take the bikes provided by the hotel to ride to the main Senggigi area if you want more of a buzz at night. If you stay around, there are a couple of nice local restaurants (warung) within a few minutes' walk, and then you can listen to the frogs chanting around the pond.

Puri Mas is a stunning hotel, the staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. We have stayed in several hotels on this trip - Puri Mas is by far our favourite.

Puri Mas.... elegance, refinement and comfort
Puri Mas is one of the original hotel/resorts in Senggigi. Over the years it has been maintained and expanded with care and a unique sense of style. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the rooms, which vary considerably in size and amenity, all have an individual quality and character. Throughout Puri Mas there is a consistent attention to detail, evident in every aspect of the design of the resort as well as in the service The restaurant serves an ala carte breakfast that is superb (included) and the menu for lunch and dinner is equally of high quality. It is a pleasure to stay "home" and take meals at the resort. High commendation to Marcel and his wonderful staff in offering such a unique and exceptional hotel that matches in quality the natural beauty of this amazing site on the west coast of Lombok.

We stayed at Puri Mas 17 years ago and really wanted to visit again. Now it is much larger but still beautiful and welcoming. A great experience once again.

Nice Hotel in front of the Beach
The hotel is well located in a beautiful beach, Has a great infrastructure, well decorated and well maintained and very friendly personal. Restaurant is great, good food and reasonable prices. I got a Jacuzzi room which happens to be amazing, Jacuzzi and sun beds in the private external area with a well maintained garden, a big bathroom with bathtub inside. It was a really great experience.

30 year wedding anniversary!
Puri Mas is truly a boutique experience! The staff are incredible, the hotel extraordinary and our romantic villa 5 + star! We could not have asked for anything more! We had our own private sanctuary when we wanted it but also beach and poolside lounges always enough that you didn't have to rush to reserve! The food is amazing and we had a romantic dinner on the beach on our anniversary which was so special! The beach is stunning, surf lessons, local fishing village + more restaurants for a change of scenery 5 minute walk along the beach! Thank you Puri Mas so special ❤️

My wife and I spent a week at Puri Mas Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The hotel is a bit like a holiday Kampung with different types of buildings laid out across the site. Ours was one of 3 in a terrace with an outside sitting area, enclosed bedroom and semi covered bathroom. The gardens around it were pretty and well tended. The restaurant by the beach was very good, though they tend to go too easy on the chilli for my liking. The pool area was a great place to relax and watch the sunset. I had concerns about it being remote from town but we found getting taxis very easy and cheap. Next door there was also a great warung on the beach if you did not want to eat in the hotel. It is however the people at Puri Mas that made the stay so special. The owner Marcel, a former champion dancer, teaches all the staff to dance latin and ballroom and some are at a very high standard. This has created a great big family atmosphere, and the staff then include you in this. Whilst it seems churlish to single out one person, a special mention to Amin, one of their drivers who took us on three excursions. He was good, informative and again chatted to us like family. We were very sorry to leave but we will be back to see our new friends and next time we will bring shoes to dance in!

Beautiful place but no beach
The owner is an interesting guy and very nice; he actually lives on the smaller spa property, and has an amazing collection of his personal art in a small personal museum on that property. The grounds of both the main hotel and the spa property are beautiful, with great landscaping. However, the air con wasn't working in our room and we had to change rooms at 10:00 at night, which I didn't appreciate. The rooms themselves are nice enough but a bit dated, and old. The hotel is at the beach, but there is no actual beach in front of it, so you need to walk down a bit to use the beach in front of other resorts.

Great stay at Puri Mas
We stayed at a private villa called Ratnawati private villa which includes private pool, 3 rooms. The villa was fantastic as it has privacy as well as it is connected to the restaurant and the beach. What we liked about Puri Mas is that the rooms are exclusive and limited which is just nice and less crowded. The staff are very friendly and kind which is one of the reasons that we would want to come back here again. Food was authentic and excellent.

This hotel was absolutely faultless!!! Amazing views of ocean with lots of amazing areas to lie next to the beach and enjoy it. Beautiful property/location. Nice rooms with awesome outdoor bathrooms and big comfy bed inside!!! Staff was superb, from start to finish they went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Best experience in Indonesia!

Awesome hotel, friendly staff, amazing food at reasonable prices. We enjoyed ordering from menu for breakfast. Location was great, swimming pool on beach, enjoyed watching fishermen and sunset at night. Free entertainment, ballroom dancing and stick fighting on two nights. It was great to have a water cooler - endless of water to drink. We enjoyed our visit to their spa resort seeing animals and swimming in pool. We would recommend and we are definitely going back. The best amazing stay I had ever. What a peaceful hotel with great view. Everything thing was perfect since the moment of check in where they welcome you with a refreshment juice and give you an explanation about the hotel facilities and services available. We got a garden view room, it was so clean with a big drum of water to drink and well decorated in general. The restaurant was amazing as well, you can find a variety of international food. All the food is delicious and well made. Thank you puri muris and the great staff there for this great experience that will be saved in outbreaks memories.

Our stay at Puri Mas was utterly, utterly amazing! We did have a rather stressful check in through no fault of Puris Mas but through a misunderstanding over our booking. This was the only downside to our otherwise perfect stay! As soon as you open the door to the cool air conditioned reception area and inhale the beautiful lemongrass aroma you know you have come to somewhere very special indeed. The welcome drink served in a pineapple was the best welcome drink of our entire stay in Indonesia and gives a small insight into the standard of this wonderful hotel. The romantic villas are so very special; offering not only a pool, but a courtyard of complete privacy. The bedrooms are huge and beautifully furnished. There are wonderful pieces of original artwork through out this hotel and every turn you make you will view some other visual treat. The spa is wonderful and you must not miss out on either treatments or just a relaxing day round the pool. A special mention must go to Agus at the Spa who showed us around the grounds, the very many animals,the museum and treated us like royalty. There were so many other staff members deserving of a special mention and I felt so heavy hearted leaving this beautiful hotel behind .If you are visiting Lombok you could not possibly be disappointed in this very unique and personal hotel. Highly highly recommended!

Puri Mas is one of the first resorts established in Lombok. We quiet liked the arty decoration, hotels art gallery and the importance given to promote the local culture. The room was a duplex with a comfortable lounge area and a super comfy bed..! Staff is very kind and professional. Many thanks and all the best.

Wonderful grounds and best service ever!
The welcome drinks were amazing. We got an upgrade. The breakfast quality and selection were top notch. All staff were friendly and welcoming and warm. I would say that this is one of my top 3 favorite hotels, especially in terms of service....and I've stayed in many top rated hotels in Asia, so this says a lot ! The hotel grounds are wonderful as well, for strolls or just lounging.

Charming and friendly staff, prize winning boutique hotel, gardens filled with art work and ponds. Fabulous villas available with private gardens, jacuzzis and private swimming pools. Outdoor and seaside breakfast and dining. The owner, a world champion ballroom dancer, has ongoing classes for students and staff, with twice a week costumed performances for guests in outdoor restaurant. Truly a unique and wonderful experience !

Nice hotel next to beach
The hotel is somewhat remote. There is nothing nearby outside the hotel, so to go there is to stay there. The hotel offers a shuttle to town once a day, but there is no return shuttle. The hotel setting is beautiful. The owner and manager take pride in their hotel and it shows. The hotel restaurant was very good with friendly staff and a view of the sea. The owner is a champion dancer, and teaches dancing to employees and locals. They put on a dance show after the evening meal that was very spectacular. We recommend seeing it. The beach was above average for the area, with deep areas inside the breakers for swimming.

Staff was lovely. Room was spacious but jacuzzi plunge pool suite wasn't worth the extra $$. Didn't find the mgmt and their family overly open to diversity (e.g., race, sexuality). If you do go, make sure you eat at Warung Paridiso next door.
