“Superb Novotel Orleans Charbonniere”

Hotel staff could not be friendlier, very professional but oh so welcoming. Easy to find from instructions sent, charming service from all staff. Our second year of using this hotel - and would have been more but they were booked up - we'll be back next year though. Thank you Novotel Orleans Charbonniere for helping to make a great holiday perfect.

“Lovely but a shame about the heat.”

This hotel was lovely, in great condition with good facilities and helpful staff but we had a difficult nights sleep, particularly on the second night because it was hot and the room is not properly air conditioned.. There were four of us sleeping in the room. The position of the curtains etc made it tricky to open the windows to try to get some air.

“Superb!”

Great access from and to the motorway. Great for overnight stop. Exceptionally clean, tidy and comfortable. Swimming pool as great bonus with young children after a long journey. Superb service, care and attention at Reception 24/7 and the bar/restaurant. Will definatley use again without question. Highly recommended.

“South of France pitstop”

top hotel in terms of friendliness and help of staff, perfect spot for return leg from the South with a pool and nearby pizza restaurant to keep kids happy.

“Tranquille à l'écart de la ville”

L'hôtel Novotel Orléans Charbonnière est situé à l'écart de la ville d'Orléans ce qui assure une certaine tranquillité. Les chmabres sont confortables et spacieuse. Nous avions une suite pour 4 personnes. Bonne insonorisation et bon sommeil. Le restaurant est bien et il y a une terrasse avec piscine extérieure. Très bon hôtel pour faire une pause dans un long trajet.

“prima overnachtingshotel op doorreis”

Prima geslapen, goed ontbijt. Diner niet bijzonder. Computer van het hotel gebruikt om voor de terugweg ook te boeken. Zwembad prettig ter verkoeling (open tot 21 uur)

Centrum Orleans leuk om te eten.

“Idealer Zwischenstopp auf der Fahrt nach Süden.”

Sehr freundliches Personal. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Gutes Essen zu akzeptablen Preisen im Restaurant.
