Quiet central location
Whilst being in centre of St Etienne, the hotel was very quiet for Friday and Saturday nights. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Rooms are compact but for the few days we were there OK for us. Reception staff all very helpful

Beware
It was not was was advertised. It looked and felt like a prison cell. No air conditioning. The picture they use in advertising the hotel looks very pleasant and is not indicative of what it is insitue.

The people at reception were helpful. The hotel is right in the town center, a beautiful town square with lots of cafes and restaurants. The one thing that concerned me was no smoke alarms and the room did didn't lock and they only give you one key. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

The location is good, and the room is clean. But the Wi-Fi wasn't easy to connect, and you should pay attention to the opening time of the reception.

Basic hotel with excellent breakfast
A 3-start hotel which gives what you expect: reasonably priced accommodations with the basics. Pro: - Excellent location - smack in the middle of the center of town. - Very nice breakfast - Kitchenette (which we did not use) Con: - 45 Euro charge for using the Kitchenette seems unreasonable

Excellent location for the price! The room and the bathroom were pretty big, environmentally conscious ( light sensor in a corridor, soap and shampoo are in dispensers). The room had a small kitchenette, which one must leave clean. The only issue was a noise on the street ( young people socializing) after midnight on one night, so the window couldn’t be kept open ( no AC). Only one out of 3 help desk employers spoke English, which is okay when there are no issues, but could be tricky when there are.

This is a bare-bones apartment hotel that is affordable, relatively clean, and is well-situated in Saint Etienne and has the basics. Beds could be more comfortable and showers could be bigger, but overall, a good place for the price point. Check in and out went smoothly for us and we were able to store our bags. Only inconvenient thing is that the reception desk closes for a few hours during the day.

Do not book this hotel
Rude staff. Front seat closed from 12:30-16:00. Never seen in my life for a hotel. Bathroom was dirty and shower curtain wasn't preventing water to get on the floor. Finally, I forgot my Lululemon white top on the bed and they said they "couldn't find it". Also they lied and said the original booking wasn't paid for so room was paid double.

Clean sparse hotel
Clean and well soundproofed. Major issue was tge bed that was way too short. I had to sleep sideways with my feet sticking out. Shower curtain kind of icky too.

Overall a nice "residence" type hotel
I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were nice, the room was clean and all for a fairly low price. The small kitchen was really practical too. It's nice not to have to eat out all the time! The only issue was that I had to get vouchers at the reception to get access to the free wifi but since it closed early I had to pay for service once.

Perfect for conference at Zenith
The hotel is conveniently situated near a tram station, which can bring you to the station and/or the Zenith conference center. Also, restaurants and bars are very nearby.

Good options for Hotel
The hotel was clean and convenient. The staff was very responsive and professional. The room felt safe. The rooms was spacious and clean. The hotel is in a central location and easy for public transportation. The kitchen was completely sufficient for cooking meals. I would stay here again. The Laundry facilities were perfect.

Conveniently located
This was my second stay at this hotel, and this time for four nights, as business takes me to St Etienne on a regular basis. This hotel is located right next to City Hall, on a pedestrian area, so it's rather quiet with still plenty of choice to go out at walking distance. Other than that, I wasn't particularly impressed. I didn't feel very welcome; learned while checking in that room cleaning was only offered for a surcharge; and the room, while spacious, was pretty much run down with huge cracks in the wall for instance. Also, with thin walls and doors, you can hear every noise from the corridor. Breakfast was a decent selection, in a rather small room. I likely won't come back to this place and instead prefer the Furania hotel located on the other side of City Hall Plaza. But it's ok for a night or two.

It was affordable and clean. It had a kitchen (you clean up after yourself) which could be nice, but we didn't use it. The furniture was the cheapest you can imagine, but was overall in good repair. It was conveniently located right downtown. Overall I don't have much good or bad to say about it.
