“Would stay there again”

Difficult to find using a sat nav as a new build on a road not yet on the sat nav database. However put in the road close to it & was then able to see where we needed to go. Tremendous views up & down the Loire river, we were on the 10th floor, and a quiet area. Could walk to all the main places of interest in Nantes. The breakfast at the hotel was really good in choice & quality and could have as much as we wanted. Also car parking was very secure. The essential staff spoke English well which helped our limited French. They were friendly & helpful. Our rooms were of a good size & well equipped and a huge comfortable bed. Lost a bit on comfort of room due to getting too hot at night with no obvious instructions as to how to control the air conditioning. Have passed this on to hotel & would expect them to act on it. Wi-fi for computer worked very well & free.

“Not bad, but not great”

Booked as a stopover on the way back from Spain to Calais, we arrived late due to traffic around Bordeaux. No trouble finding the location, but took a while to get them to let us into the car park - which is quite secure. This does cost 12€/day though - a little steep. Check in was efficient and both members of staff spoke good English. when we got to our room however it wasjust a studio. It was late and we needed to eat, so we headed straight out (no restaurant or roomservice in the hotel) and complained at the reception. At first we weer told that it was correct, but after I insisted we needed another bed for our 3 year old, they admitted the error and said they would fix while we were out for dinner. Very few restaurants or cafes in the area - it seemd to be a business district, and all the restaurants were closed at 9:30 on a Saturday! When we got back, we got a key to a new room, which was the one bedroom apartment we had booked. Well laid out, very comfortable and free wifi worked well. Nantes seemed nice enough, but the lack of places even to get a coffee in the morning meant we ended up in the train station, which is about 10 minutes from the hotel. Overall nice enough, but nothing special and Nantes was a dissapointment.

“Nice Hotel”

The hotel was lovely, really big rooms, we actually had a two room apartment, but the hotel is a little further away from the mainstream city than I thought, but overall the hotel is great and would recommend it, if you don't mind walking.

See above. The breakfast is rather expensive at E13 each, but you could easily make your own if more organised than we .

Bonne accueil,et beau studio ,trés petit mais fonctionnel,petit dejeuner de qualité,idéal par rapport a la gare,mais un peu loin du centre de Nantes. Je le recommande.

“Un séjour gâché”

C'est vraiment dommage que notre séjour ait été gâché par une salle de bain mal nettoyé (la baignoire et le sol sales), la plaque de cuisson qui ne fonctionnait pas et plus d'eau chaude.... obligé de se rincer à l'eau fraiche !! Bien dommage car la qualité des meubles et surtout de la literie est très bonnes et l'ensemble de l'hôtel est plaisant. J'espère que vous n'aurez pas la même malchance que nous. Bon séjour !! très confortable, pas trop loin du centre ville près de la gare sur les berges de la Loire, très calme, chambre un peu petite(studio 2pers.) , décoration sobre, personnel discret et souriant

Très bon rapport qualité/prix Studio agréable, décoration soignée, bien équipé. Personnel très courtois, disponible. Batiment d'architecture originale, situé face à la Loire Site très calme où il fait bon se reposer.
