“clean and well located”

We were impressed by the cleanliness of this hotel. It is also well located near the chateau des ducs de bretagne. All the shops are within walking distance in a charming neighborhood where streets are blocked off for pedestrian use only. Our room had a small kitchen. Very convenient.

“Cool find in Nantes”

Could not have been a better choice.......5 min from the rail station, in the heart of the old town. New renovation. Very comfortable, but designed by some 'challenged' ( French? ) architects. Absolutely worth the price.

“hotel centre ville très bien situé”

attention néanmoins à l'inexistance de parking nous vous recommandons de mettre votre voiture à l'extérieur de la ville vers le centre maritime et de prendre le tramway pour vous rendre à l'hotel en effet l'hotel ne propose pas de moyen pour garer le véhicule et cette solution nous semble la meilleure et la moins onéreuse. Les tramways sont nombreux et circulent tard.

“Park & Suites Elégance Nantes - au coeur du quartier historique”

Un peu bruyant, mais bon, l'hôtel est au coeur de la vieille ville et entouré de bars et de restos.

“Ottimo apart-hotel, ottima posizione”

Buon hotel, arredo moderno e curato, camere spaziose e con cucinotto. Buona prima colazione; ottima location, zona Buffait. Unico neo: personale della reception non sempre amichevole (a seconda di chi era presente)

“petite escapade nantaise”

L'hôtel est agréable et bien situé il est neuf et se trouve dans le quartier animé de Bouffay ce qui est agréable quand on a envie de sortir le soir de part la proximité des restaurants et des bars. Le bémol important est la difficulté pour se garer il faut payer le parking souterrain Decré car il n'y a rien à proximité deonc la note peut être vite salée. Sinon le personnel à l'accueil est professionnel et on se sent biendans cet hôtel qui possède une infrastrucuture toute neuve.

Area recommendations
Le hammam zeïn près de la tour Lu et au lieu unique mixte le dimanche très agréable pour une escale détente.

“Park&Suites Elegance Nantes-Carré Bouffay: un hotel idéalement situé.”

Arrivés en train, nous avons pu apprécier d'accéder à l'hotel à pied en quelques minutes. Très bien situé à l'orée du centre ville, l'hotel est desservi par une ligne de tramway qui rend tous les deplacements aisés que se soit pour le tourisme ou le shopping. Ses avantages sont aussi ses défauts puisqu'hélas les nuisances sonores liées à la circulation et aux passants bruyants ne sont pas stoppées par les fenêtres. Les photos du site officiel de l'hotel refletent la réalité. L'hotel est beau, le studio complet et aménagé avec gout (attention toutefois aux précedents "locataires" qui peuvent négliger la propreté de la vaisselle). Un bémol quant à la literie d'une dureté jamais égalée (c'est pourtant mon 4ème hotel en 1 an). Venus sans ordinateur, nous avons pu acceder à internet via l'ordinateur portable mis à disposition dans le couloir de l'hotel. Distributeurs de friandises, boissons chaudes et froides se situent au bout du couloir tout comme un magnifique billard au tapis rouge. Enfin, nous n'avons pas pris l'option petit-déjeuner trop onéreux pour 3.

Area recommendations
La ville de Nantes nous a enchantée tant par ses offres culturelles, touristiques et shopping. Le cadre de vie entre ville-eau-verdure nous a beaucoup séduit. Nous sommes restés à Nantes six jours (un petit tour à Trentemoult par navibus) et les visites se sont succédées sans temps mort. L'office du tourisme et le pass-nantes suffisent à combler tout les besoins.
