“Great location and friendly staff”

Great location, near where the airport bus drops you. Room was comfortable, clean, staff were generally friendly (although they were not great on tourism advice). Breakfast buffet was very good, plenty of food and helpful staff. Overall a very good hotel.

“Good location”

A large, efficient hotel with very comfortable beds. Reception staff not very smiley but dont let that put you off, they were helpful when l wanted to book a restaurant for dinner.

“Hotel Central Mercure nantes”

Hotel très bien placé mais très difficile d'accès en voiture car rues en sens interdit ne permettant pas l'accès à la rue de l'hotel.

“Hôtel Mercure Nantes Central.”

Service correspondant à notre attente. Toutefois, déçu de m'apercevoir en sortant de l'hôtel qu'une prestation dans l'hôtel de l'autre côté de la rue, du même groupe, entièrement refait à neuf, où pour le même tarif, j'aurais bénéficier d'une chambre à la décoration plus récente, le petit déjeuner et le wifi compris. La différence du nombre d'étoiles attribué aux deux hôtels ne m'apparaissant pas pertinente.

“Hôtel très bien situé dans le centre de Nantes.”

Petit déjeuner cher pour ce qui est apporté en chambre . Il faut certainement choisir le PDJ buffet.

personnel desagreable et surtout pas disponible (20 min d'attente pour le petit dej au bar !)... et j'en passe

“Net hotel in het centrum”

Het hotel is netjes, ontbijtbuffet niet echt uitgebreid maar wel voldoende. Kleine parkeergarage. Ligt aan de mooiste winkelstraten van Nantes.

“Décevant pour un 4 étoiles”

Propreté impeccable. Tout marche bien. La taille de la chambre est néanmoins décevante pour un quatre étoiles. De même que la vue vers l'extérieur quoiqu'en centre ville, il ne soit pas facile de trouver un équilibre entre la vue et le confort. Excellent buffet de petit-déjeuner. Courtoisie et bonne humeur des personnels.

Traveller's tip

La plupart des chambres n'offrent sans doute pas un cadre de travail agréable. Excellent hotel pour un travail essentiellement à l'extérieur.
