The property is in a beautiful setting but it’s past it’s prime and needs to be refreshed. No wifi in rooms. Old fixtures. Pool is nice but the deck needs to be refreshed. It feels like the property is past its expiry date. Front staff hot and cold.

Spacious, well-located apartment,good facilities.
Kerr Juliette is in a great location, close to excellent beaches and in the quiet, up-market St Marguerite area of Pornichet with lical shops and restaurants within walking distance. The accommodation had everything we needed, ideal for older children but the stairs within the duplex would be a hazard with small children or elderly family members. The grounds are well tended, we had mixed service/communication from reception staff. The pool is mostly used by families with younger children, too busy if you just want a swim, and there aren't enough loungers with parasols.

Ker Juliette - pool and beach and beautiful area!
I stayed in the hotel with my toddler daughter for a long weekend. I was very happy with the service at the hotel - the staff at reception spoke reasonable English and were very friendly and helpful. The room was ok quality and clean - nothing special but good for 3star. The hotel pool was very nice and enjoyed by both me and toddler. I particularly liked that one end was 80cm deep and other was 3m deep - excellent for both adults and kids! The surrounding areas are lovely - weather on foot or in car! The coast line is gorgeous and well maintained and you are very near to lots of picturesque villages. Playground very near too!

Really good choice for families
very good choice for families - very near a lovely beach. Think of it as a self catering apartment, not a hotel. Away from the centre of Ponichet in a residential area but this is not a problem if you have a car.

We stayed in this hotel for the 2nd time. We have been pleased each time by the nice welcome and in both cases by the upgrade we got. The hotel is ideally located closed to the beach and to the La Baule/Guerande area. The only negative point was linked to the pictures of the hotel which are shown on the web sites. One can see a very nice house, castle type, which in fact does not host any customers...

Not really a Hotel
We stayed just three days, the room was fine, with a balcony that faced the pathway to the pool. It doesn't feel like a hotel though, as it is on a site with with several large holiday appartment blocks and the bar and restaurant are in a separate block to the hotel rooms. Work was underway renovating the conference rooms and on our last day we saw why as the hotel was swamped with a banking conference, out of place somewhat with a beach hotel. Position is good though, very near to a great beach and the pool is larger than many. Not the most friendly of staff and very little hotel info provided either in the room or on reception. Breakfast was overpriced as was dinner, one got the impression this was to put people off eating in, we saw very few people in the restaurant at any time.

Appartement en duplex tres bien, propre, belle terasse, lits confortables, oreillers par contre très moyens. A 2 pas du sentier côtier et de la plage. Un peu excentré mais pas trop gênant. Le seul point negatif pas de wifi.

Emplacement très bien. Appartement très pratique, idem pour la restauration qui est parfaite. Bémol, dommage que la pataugeoire ne fonctionne pas, piscine adulte chauffée elle parfaite.

séjour agréable ; 2 ème fois que nous y allons. un peu particulier cette année avec les mesures sanitaires.piscine et resto fermé. propreté laisse a désiré dans le logement;(toile d’araignée au plafond dans la chambre, placard pas propre) résidence très pratique car au bord de la plage.

Bonjour, L'ensemble des espace communs étant fermés à cause donc il n'y a pas du tout de wifi??On a du partir 2 jours plus tot sur 5 car on il fallait travailler, géniale ...De plus en période de confinement le parking est déjà limite alors pendant les vacances je n'ose imaginer. Dommage c'es une résidence agréable.

L'appartement est bien équipé (lave-vaisselle, four, micro-ondes...). la literie ferme et très confortable. L'accueil est très agréable, dispo que l'après-midi malgré le contexte sanitaire actuel. Petite supérette à 10min à pied. Et surtout une superbe plage à 10min également.

Très bien. À conseiller.
La résidence Ker Julienne est très bien. Le personnel est sympathique et compétent. De plus, le logement était très propre et rien ne manquer, sauf éventuellement un parasol. Oui, nous avons eu du soleil en avril ! La résidence est très proche d une plage et du sentier côtier, qui est accessible à tous.

Pour une résidence 3 étoiles le suivit entretien et propreté des appartements,particulièrement literie, laisse à désirer.Très bel environnement, et piscine chauffée très appréciable au mois de septembre. Petit-déjeuner super.

résidence dont l'appartement est sur 2 niveaux avec la chambre parentale au 1er et donc loin des enfants, Les VELUX ne permettait pas d'être fermé donc réveil par la lumière du soleil. Et donc VELUX en hauteur (~3m) sans visibilité sur l'extérieur depuis la chambre parentale. Stationnement compliqué pendant la période estivale surtout en soirée.

Lugnt och bra hotell - fint med möjligheten att laga egen mat. Poolområdet mycket fint. Sängarna något hårda - minus för lägenheten är att barnen sov i våningssäng och inte enkelsängar. Nära havet och superfina stränder, men allt för långt från restauranger och matbutik. Rekommenderar hotellet endast om man har bil (vilket vi inte hade). Minus för att wifi endast fungerar i lobbyn.

La résidence est proche du bord de mer et de la plage Marguerite ainsi que de la promenade menant à Pornichet. Les appartements sont propres, pratiques, bien équipés et la literie confortable. Petit bémol : pas de wifi dans la chambre. Il faut aller à l'accueil aux heures d'ouverture.

Séjour agréable, seul bémol, nous avons demandé à la réception s'il était possible de nous servir le petit déjeuner dans notre chambre, on nous a dit oui mais sans préciser un supplément non négligeable.

déçue de n avoir eu de lit bébé a disposition en pleine saison d'été il faudrait prévoir d en avoir plus en disponibilité hotel agréable mais prix élevé non justifié sur quelques détails : entretien des équipements de la chambre (ampoule grillée,poignée de baignoire fendues )

Contente de mon 2ème séjour
Chambre très propre à 2 pas de la mer et des sentiers côtiers & plage, personnel attentif, hôtel au calme, prix attractif, boulangerie et buraliste à proximité. Toutefois le lit n'était pas très confortable et j'ai eu de nombreuses courbatures, les draps sont rêches, les oreillers très mous, mais c'est "normal" pour un 3* et cela ne m'empêchera pas d'y retourner avec grand plaisir !!
