We had reserved for one night and changed to two. The location in town just one block from the railroad and bus stations was very convenient. Charming old style hotel. Great breakfasts. Very friendly and helpful staff. Treviso is definitely worth a visit.....the "little Venice."
The Hotel is aimed above all at those guests looking for that something extra when they visit a city on holiday or for work …More

There has been some mixed reviews about the distance from town. As a couple in our 60's we found the 15-20 walk fairly easy on a direct street and flat level from the back entrance of the railway station. Easy walk back into town and we caught trains back into Venice and nearby towns. Owners helpful and an Italian style breakfast provided. There is also a large supermarket to the right as you leave the hotel and across the highway (two minutes away).
What you get here is a room in the 1st floor home of a smashing Filipino couple. The price is good, the room I had was large, clean and warm (November visit) and, best of all, the couple who own the place could not have been sweeter, especially when they discovered that my phone was not working and I couldn't ring my wife at home..............
I'd recommend this to anyone who wants a quiet and comfortable place, especially if you have just landed at Treviso airport. For a few Euros, Benny will even pick you up from the airport (very welcomed as I landed at 23.00).
Don't be put off by the 1984 name of the place - there are no cameras in all the rooms. Benny is simply the oldest of all his siblings!

Stayed here as a stopover before a flight. The hotel is in a pleasant residential area, so not an easy walk to the historic centre. There were two pizza restaurants nearby and a gelateria on the ground floor of hotel. We ate at the restaurant on the same side of road as the hotel which was frequented by lots of locals. The food was very good and excellent value.
