"Nice Resort like hotel in beautifully magnificent"
You will be greated by an extremely friendly staff. Decor is classically Scottish with dark tartan motif , lovely. Our room was nice, comfortable but not extremely spacious. It was fine. Hotel has various restaurant and includes a daily English Beakfast with you stay. (Large buffet or off the menu)
Only criticism would be a bit slow dining service ...but your on vacation :)
The staff here are wonderful, helpful, kind and terribly accommodating of any and all requests. The rooms are clean and well stocked. However, the whole hotel could do with some refurbishment, it looks very tired and rather worn. The walls are very thin between rooms, as are the doors. Any small noise, even the TV being on is very clear in the next room.
The location is idyllic, it's just a shame that the infrastructure doesn't match either location or the lovely people!
We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights the hotel is nice and clean, staff very friendly. We had breakfast both days which was very nice. The evening meal was fantastic highly recommend the sticky pork belly. Would stay at this hotel again.
A lovely, well-kept small B&B with wonderfully welcoming hosts in a good location with good access to the area around south Loch Lomond. We really enjoyed our stay and meeting with the other guests and the hosts.
Check in was quick. Both Jane n her husband were very friendly and helpful to us. Jane gave us good information about places to visit nearby Hotel.
Happy with the breakfast and other facilities provided.
Only downside for us was private bathroom which had to be accessed from outside of our room. We found it little bit cumbersome especially in the night.
Other than this we had great stay at the hotel.
We stayed Wed / Thu and we're advised of the noise level on Friday and Saturday so changed our plan for the final night of our stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are a good size and have recently been renovated so we're very clean and fresh. The breakfast was homely and set us up for the day. Reception Housekeeping and Breakfast Service all VERY HELPFUL.
The hotel was very pleasant. By looking at the map, we thought it is located just on the Loch Lomond shore, but in fact it is across the street from it, so we did not get the great lake views we imagined. Apparently they also have a lodge nearby, and that is located right on the lake. The breakfast was very good, buffet style. The rooms were small, but clean. We only stayed for one night, so it was perfect for this.
