“Very basic but good location”
We got a superior double room and it was extremely basic. The rooms are a good size but lack any character. I was suprised that the hotel recieved a 5 star rating - this must be an old rating. The breakfast was modest but good. The location is approximately 10 minutes walk from the old city. This is classed as one of the best hotels - but there are surely better ones to stay in.

This place is not a 5-star. I stayed at better 3-stars in Italy. It is not bad. Not great. Room smelt of stale smoke and the vent was old and crummy. Not far from the city center (5 min walk). The breakfast was huge but not very good food (but continental breakfasts are never that great anyway).
“NOT a 5-Star Hotel”
Expedia advertised this as a 5-star hotel. Perhaps they should revisit their criteria for what makes a 5-star hotel. Very comparable to a Mariott or a Holiday Inn. No services, no pool, no concierge, no high-end ameneties. Clean and no-frills. 3-star hotel at best.

Mi sono trovato bene ed ho apprezzato, in particolare, la ricca colazione continentale e la cortesia del personale. Non ho avuto tempo di utilizzare il reparto benessere che, a quanto mi hanno detto, è di buon livello. Come 5 stelle non sarà straordinario ma certamente non posso dire di non essermi trovato bene.
