“Great location Will use again”
Great location. Comfortable room. Helpful staff.
“Will Return”
My wife and my first trip to Liverpool could not have been better. The concierge, Ronnie was so nice. He went out of his way to get us a reservation at one of the best restaurants in the city centre. We will be returning to Liverpool within the year and we will definitely be staying here again!
“Another good place to stay in Liverpool”
Have been to Liverpool several times over the last year and have stayed at other international chains and local hotels. The Marriott Liverpool City Centre was the best all around. Very courteous staff, helpful and attentive. We did have a problem with the ventilation in our room (inoperative) but were able to resolve the problem. We stayed four nights and found housekeeping to be top notch, and the hotel is well-maintained. The Marriott is well-situated to major attractions, Liverpool One shops,pubs/ restaurants, Albert Dock, and Beatles haunts. Taxis are readily available but you can walk to just about all attractions. The hotel has a nice casual restaurant, which is good for breakfast. We'd stay here again without hesitation.
“strongly recommended”
i really recommend for its price since it is really city centre, close to everywhere, and the train station. you just cross the street and in the station. and go to london in 2 hrs. you can even walk with your luggage..

“wonderful - would definately go back”
our superior room was great - massive bed and equiped with dressing gowns and slippers. Front reception sent up a complimentary bottle of wine when they found out it was my birthday and all the staff were really helpful, and friendly. The hotel is centrally situated and there are loads of places within easy walking distance to eat and drink. It was raining so we just went next door to La Tasca for tapas and again - all the staff were great. It was great to see that almost everywhere we went, the staff were Liverpudlians and the Liverpool humour very much in evidence! We wished we had booked to stay another night as there was so much to see in Liverpool. Our main reason for visiting was to see the Picasso exhibition at the Tate - which was well worth the visit!
“Great no nonsense, central hotel”
I stayed at the Marriott with business in October 2009, thugh I shall make sure I return when doing my Christmas shopping! The hotel staff were really friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The hotel is just moments from the station and is really easy to find. The food there was really good, as was the room service. The other facilities- pool, sauna etc were all in good condition too. My only quibble perhaps...maybe the pool was a little too cold. Though to be honest I spent most of the time in the jacuzzi!
“Convenient and comfy”
A good quality hotel conveniently located. Pricy (and poorly stocked) bar but many alternatives nearby.
“The Best People”
My stay at The Marriott was fab. My room was very comfortable and quiet. The Marriott staff was the best. Always friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs, easy to get around town. I will stay there again on my next Liverpool trip. Only one complaint: $30.00 to use wi-fye for my laptop was ridiculous.
“Lovely”
This hotel is very well placed for everything. Close to the station, shops bars and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was that the air con was not working in the hotel. This made the room hot and stuffy as you could only open the window a little.
