“okay”

Good value when you book on expedia.ca and pay in cda$ . The bathroom is really small, like you are a boat, I guess it fits the proximity to the water. The shower is so small I think the water splashes out and leaves that damp musty smell to the bathroom.

“Perfect for night in Liverpool”

Great hotel for visiting Liverpool. A nice hotel, seems clean enough and rooms are comfortable enough for a nights stay. Not exactly the ritz but staff are very friendly and welcoming. Would go again for a weekend away.

“Would go back”

Would recommend this hotel. This was the cheapest hotel i could find near to the city centre and got more than we paid for. Only downsides was the bathroom-very small and shower wasnt the best. Also alot of banging around in the morning, not sure if it was staff or other guests. Would definitely stay there again tho.

“Very good value”

This hotel represents excellent value for money. It is a short walk to the city centre (free map provided by the hotel) and the staff are very helpful. The food in the restaurant is good and the service is prompt and friendly. The restaurant and terrace have good views overlooking the Mersey. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are well-equipped. The ensuite bathrooms are quite small but are perfectly adequate. There are good parking facilities with disabled bays. The hotel is generally quiet although there is some traffic noise from a nearby main road. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

“What you expect for the money”

The hotel was very pleasant and the staff are friendly. I was staying with 2 other colleagues and the room was very small but then again we paid very little for it. The bathroom was tiny and when you turn round in the shower you knock over the soap dispenser. The breakfast was good value for money and very well served. For a business trip where I was spending not much time in the hotel I would definitely recommend it and I would happily use it again.

“OK hotel”

The hotel wasn't exactly located at Albert Dock. It was about a 10 minute walk from there. This caused me to spend about 45 minutes searching for it which was quite frustrating. The hotel itself is a bit run down but because I was only staying there for one night, it was not a big deal.
