“Nice, simple, clean, goo breakfast, nice people”

This is a great hotel for the price. The neighborhood is nothing special, but its not scary or unsafe either. Great stop over if you are driving I-40.

Area recommendations
Get some good food at Cotham's Mercantile, and the Whole Hog BBQ while you are in town. Skip the River Market unless you are a yuppie/hipster.

“VERY CLEAN!”

My room was very spacious, quiet and clean. Several pilows on the bed for comfort and the mattress was comforatble as well. The air conditioner cools very fast, which is always nice. It is 100% smoke free which I love, no musty odors. There is a small frige and microwave in the room. Hot breakfast is from 6-9am downstairs in the dining room. If you are looking for lavish furnishings and flat screen on the wall, this isn't the place for you. But if you care more about the cleanliness and comfort, this is where you need to be.

Area recommendations
Clinton Library is nice to visit.

“Wonderful Stay!”

My two year old daughter and I stayed two night's there and I loved it! The room was big and clean. I felt safe and the whole staff was great to us. I wish all hotels could be ran like this one. I liked that they were kid friendly as well. We will be staying again!

“Weekend getaway”

Got to the hotel early and were checked into our room without any problems. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Very firm bed. Breakfast included was good.

Area recommendations
McCain Blvd has plenty of shopping and restaurant options.

“Poor service, lazy and rude staff”

In my recent stay at this hotel. Our room was not ready at check in time nd we were asked to come back later or call in about an hour or so. Our bathroom lightbulb was burnt out and when we asked to have it replaced. Our microwave did not work either and was not replaced either. They told us nobody was there who could do either thing. We left our room at 9:45 am Friday and returned at 9:00pm. Our room was not cleaned or towels replaced. We had to get towels from the front desk because again nobody could clean the room and bring them to us. The food on the breakfast bar was terrible with the exception of the waffle maker. There are limited tables in the breakfast room. Eat early, because they do't restock the fruit or bread for the toaster. Or the milk or juice. We unfortunately stayed here for three days. When I spoke with the manager all he did was apologise. This was once a nice hotel when it was a Country Inn and Suites when I stayed there last time. I would not stay there again or recomend it either.

Area recommendations
I wouldn't stay in this area of North Little Rock. I would stay further North toward Jacksonville or the othe side of town. Maumelle area. As we were checking in my wife was approached by a pandhandler.

“Satisfied”

The hotel was neat and clean. Location is close to Little rock downtown. Hotel personnel were friendly and receiving. The breakfast was good.

“Always stay here!”

We love this hotel! We stay here every time we travel to Little Rock. The hotel is always emaculate! All the staff is very helpful and friendly. And my husband loves the breakfast room!

“good for the price”

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, except for the air conditioner. No matter where you set it would come on about every 5 minutes and then shut off after a couple of minutes. Even turning it to "stop" it would continue to come on periodically.

“So disappointed”

I was happy to find a country inn at my destination but was so disappointed with this hotel. The lamp was a fire hazard, shot sparks out of the switch. The bed was extremely hard and the pillows were little puff balls, they looked great but when I laid on them they disappeared. No cookies in the cookie jar and the breakfast was very skimpy, no donuts or rolls and the coffee was luke warm. My Mother doesn't travel very often and she was with me for my son's graduation from camp robinson, and I was so disappointed with our stay. I bragged about it all the way there which was an 11 hour drive.
