“Good budget hotel”

The hotel is in a good location, just 15 minute walking from the River Front with lots of resturants close. Long walk to the Clinton Library. The hotel is old - on the National Register - and in need of repairs like paint. The room was clean, OK beds and wonderful hot water for the shower. We had a frig and a micro in the room and a balcony. Continental breakfast is just that. Free wifi. If you can't get it in the room they provide a cable. The staff is friendly and helpful. We will probably stay there again if we get the deal we had on Expedia. Not worth what the hotel charges for a room.

“Great Place and Location”

Did a lot of research before settling on a place to stay on our stop in Arkansas. This Hotel was close to restaurants and bars that we wanted to visit. The city shuts down by 10pm on a week night, so that was a little inconvenient. Nice people and a really neat place!

“Legacy LR”

Well located in downtown area with easy access to interstate. And it was close to a number of fast food restaurants. Staff was very helpful when I discovered their business center computer did not have Microsoft Office nor a printer. They let me use their office PC and printer.

“If you're into historic hotels you'll like this one.”

This Hotel is in the middle of downtown Little Rock. Its less than a mile from the capitol building and across the street from the Federal Courthouse. It is also within walking distance of a number of coffee shops and restaurants. Many shops are named after legal phrases, such as, sufficient grounds. To be honest, the hotel is an older building, but appears to be well maintained for its age, and is a good value for the price .

“Nice location”

A nice example of old-time hotel architecture, lots of charm to be found here. The location is excellent for restaurants and access to the river and its accompanying areas of interest. Nice.

“DONT BE FOOLED!”

This hotel was a charming Super 8. The restaurant and bar is only open for three hours a day. The breakfast was pitiful, I have had better at cheaper hotels. The mattress was horrible and my back is killing me! The location is okay but there is not much you can do on foot. We were there for 4 nights and it was not until the third day that the internet was working. Basically, its everything I would come to expect at staying at a Super 8/ Quality Inn class hotel.
