Cons: Attention to activities on the floors that impacted guests
Hotel was convenient to where we wanted to go. Clean and comfortable. The room was on the second floor and there was guests in the room above us that were VERY noisy. Running and throwing things around. We waited until 10 pm to complain because it was too loud to go to sleep. I don't think that the staff got the attention of those in the room above us at least enough to get them to change their behavior. My wife complained again the next morning and ask for a reduction on the room cost. She was told that they would check on it. We actually had two rooms. The guest in our other room had no problem and did not hear the noise above our room (although they are hard of hearing and 92 years old)

the good the bad and the ugly

we stayed here for a conference in the Little Rock area. just a one night stay. our first room was the "ugly". the carpet was in horrible condition, with stains and general grime noted. the shower stall was complete with a used and dirty washcloth, and hair noted on the sidewall of the shower stall-coarse, short, black hair. the same hair was found in our bed when we turned it back along with body dirt. the "good" is that when i reported all of this to the front desk, they said they would get us a new room asap. the bad, is that asap did not happen until i went down myself (in pajamas) to re-request a new room. again, the front desk clerk apologized profusely and accompanied us to the new room to make sure that it was acceptable, which it was. this room had new carpet and was very nice in comparison. we slept well and the beds were very comfortable. in the last three months, once in July, during summer vacation, La Quinta has disappointed in the very same way. rooms not cleaned, with hair (what appeared to be pubic hair) and cracker crumbs in the bed. dust an inch thick was present in this summer La Quinta in Kansas City, also. while they corrected the problem in both places, and provided discounts for the trouble, i will have to say that i will not return to a La Quinta in the future.

We had a nice stay. The only complaint I have is the hotel has a cigarette smoke odor in the halls. Otherwise the hotel is very clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful!!

Smoky smell everywhere. Unlike other la Quinta we stayed before, this one is bad. I will not stay here next time.

Conveniently located near many restaurants. Easy to get to. Really needs to be updated and the carpets need to be cleaned. Overall, nice and quiet with comfortable rooms. Would stay again.

Hotel beside major freeway NOISY, poor management

Pros: Comfortable bed.
Cons: Carpets are filthy..looks like no one has invested in paying for a vacuum in years. New management needed to take care of their customers.
Location: Movie theater within walking distance and a few good restaurants nearby to enjoy.
The room was clean, bathroom was somewhat ok..fairly comfy bed. This hotel is within 50 yards of a major highway I-430, you will hear trucks and cars traveling ALL night long, had to leave a pillow on my head to help minimize the noise to sleep. The most disappointing part of the trip was the front desk of the hotel. Came down to checkout the next morning and no employee was there at the desk! Waited standing there for at least 5 minutes before finding a housekeeping employee to ask where is the management or staff to help check me out of my room. Few minutes passed and the employee strolls in the door taking their time to assist me -(the customer!). The employee didn't apologize or anything, only handed a hotel manager's card to contact them with my complaint. DONE..emailed Laquinta.com with a complaint directly. I won't be staying in this ghetto hotel again.

Was comfy and dog friendly. Had good security watching over cars.
