Good morning, Jeffrey!I am sincerely sorry for the condition of the jacuzzi tub. I can't explain what caused that to happen. I've never seen such a thing happen in my 19 years here. We have issued a full refund for your stay with us. Again, please accept my sincerest apology.

Property was ok. Staff was not as helpful as could have been because we booked through a 3rd party. Thats what they informed us anyway. Pillows are completely terrible, beds are hard as a rock. Breakfast was also terrible.

The man at the front desk when we checked in was kind, but fast and efficient. The breakfast was great, surprisingly there were many choices.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The room was very nice, the jacuzzi tub was nice and clean as well. Some place the tubs are NOT clean. This was good.

My room was on first floor at the end of long hall. Hallway smelled like urine. Smell was stronger at start of hallway, closest to front desk and elevators. Got better the farther you walked down. No I did not make a complaint. I had a very busy schedule and did not have time to report this. Smell was very nasty. Lots of show dogs on premises.

My stay here was just fair. I was not impressed with anything about hotel. The beds are uncomfortable and the rooms are dated and old. I didn't sit on the sofa at all because it looked unkempt and not clear at all.

The bed was awful, but I like a softer mattress. Our room was closest to the interstate. Very, very noisy. Shower stall needed a good deep cleaning around the edges of the glass door. Pillows were small and flat.

We enjoyed our stay at this facility while on our way to Arkansas. We had a problem with the TV and the staff quickly responded with a switch in rooms. Very pleasant staff at check-in and check-out as well. We would definitely stay again.

The property was fine. The breakfast was great. The shower in our room was difficult to adjust. It took me a few minutes to get the temperature right. Disappointed that there was no place to recycle.
